The property smelled musty the moment we walked in. the next day, when our toilet water started to back up into the shower I thought I figured out why. While the listing makes it clear that this is a 1st floor corner unit, what they don’t tell you is that the window covering on the door doesn’t fully cover the glass; anyone walking down the street at night will see your light on, and at the right angle will see right into your bed. The house is managed by a third party App that is also horrible to use. Prior to our stay I needed to provide additional financial information and sign a rental agreement, even though I was already charged via Booking. When I tried to cancel my stay - before given the invasive financial information requested by the third-party app or during after my experience - the property management offered to cancel without a refund. Paying $400 a night to stay in an unsafe apartment? No thank you. don’t stay here
