Owner REFUSED to work with me on a refund when I was unable to use the facility. AND I was charged for the full cleaning even though I never stepped foot inside the property. Hotels with actual amenities and better locations are the way to go in this area!

2br, condo, lots of room; clean; outside parking off road, friendly host

Road noise from PCH, outside bright lights lit up bedroom all night, no top sheet on double bed, skimpy on linens, finally got a sheet & linens but took several hours of valuable time texting to resolve. Bedroom door didn't close. Closet door wouldn't slide. Squeaky bed. Wrong wifi instructions. Excessive emails & texts from host management.

Very close to beach and restaurants. Heater showed off but wall register emitted heat so first night was uncomfortably HOT, but maintenance person next day walked me through how to turn off wall register completely.

2 twin beds were extremely uncomfortable and frames were put together very poorly as any movement created ALOT of noise. Bathroom needs to be finished. Refrigerator sounds like running water all the time. Sparse kitchen items to cook with. They ask for us to put in load of towels before we leave but there is NO washer and dryer. House could definitely fit a sofa and love seat to accommodate a family but instead has love seat and chair which are modestly comfortable.

Actually every thing was perfect if anything a bigger tv in living room , and the early check out and late check in
