Emplacement très sympa et très chouette chambre (le chalet)
Aucun service, nous n’avons croiser personne alors que nous avons passé 2 nuits. Pas de ménage… et cela s’appelle un apparthotel ! Appart seulement.

The host was very friendly. Spontaneously came to talk to us. The main building was quite a gorgeous one. The lobby and waiting lounge had everything that we love about old French houses : wooden floor, chimneys, mirrors, tainted glass. Centrally located.
We stayed in the Chalet (separate appartment in another building). Unfortunately, it doesn't live up to the standard of the main building. Recently renovated, but using low-cost materials and equipments. Squeaky fake-wooden floor, fake-tiles in plastic in the bathroom. The door between the bedroom and the lounge couldn't be closed (didn't fit in the frame - the wood must have swollen). At the time of our visit, some things were left unfinished (plinths were unpainted for example). The ceiling in the bedroom is quite low, which makes it hard using the room for anything else than sleeping. Loads of mosquitoes. The sofa in the living room isn't very confortable (neither to sleep, nor to sit on). No staff on site on week-ends.

The property was beautiful and perfectly located, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.
The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very poor, making it difficult to brush teeth or wash hands. It was very hot (not the hosts fault) but there was only one fan and no way of opening the roof windows

liked everything …just small problems with the coffee machines that did not work but otherwise it was perfect. Easy to access. private parking near town centre. large spacious room with a powerful fan to cool down. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable. Was idle for a halfway stop to get some sleep and woke feeling refreshed.

A code with easily understandable instructions was sent via email that allowed to access to the building and the room. Good location close to the city center, quite neighbourhood.

Excellent location. Close to restaurants and city center. Well appointed spacious studio. Very comfortable. Nespresso coffee machine. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

not yet finished. no front desk. No ledge in shower for soap etc. bedside light didn’t work. Long way from restaurants. Bed too hard.

Excellent location for a night stop in Limoges. easy, secure and free parking and we were able to leave our car for a couple of hours the next day whilst we did a little sightseeing. clean and spacious room.
We hadn’t shopped and so couldnt make use of facilities in the room, so a breakfast option would have been nice.

It was a lovely building and the garden was peaceful and tidy. The location was excellent and a very short walk to the centre, bars restaurants and interesting attractions. There were staff available during the weekdays.
We rented our studio for 7 nights. It would be useful to have someone come in and vacuum the floors and remove the rubbish or provide equipment that could be used during our stay. Replacement towels were provided when I asked for them at no extra cost so this service was available but not offered.

The location was great for our needs, and parking. Issues with checkin, presuming we would have someone there. I even advised I would be late, 4-30pm. If you are going to have code entry put it on your website

It does have a lot of stairs so not really suitable for people with mobility issues

Easy to find and get in to. Lovely room in a beautiful building.
It was cold, the heating didn't seem to work very well and there was no extra bedding for us to get warm. I know it is an apart hotel so probably mostly used by business people but the decor could be made more cosy and welcoming and extra pillows and bedding provided.
