The grounds were beautiful, and the wine was good. The staff was very nice.
The room we stayed in needed so much TLC. The rugs, chair covers, and doilies were dirty and dated, and the bathroom tub and sink were so stained I knew I could not use them. It was am uncomfortable 18 hours. We were so grateful it was only one night and so frustrated that I did not read the reviews first. *no internet, TV or shower.

The breakfast was enjoyable and Victory helpful. Enjoyed our asparagus soup for tea however we were unaware it was extra until checkout. A heads up of the cost would have been a better option before intimating it was given. No where else for food even though we could have done our own without cooking it.
Not good value for money-our most expensive stay so far. The bed and bathroom (no shower) was not to a standard we have received elsewhere. Wine tasting most expensive so far and feel it should have been included given the price we paid and again learnt on checkout the cost. Felt uncomfortable at this location.

The location was very remote
It was a beautiful estate. Very tranquil.
The accommodations were a bit dated, but well maintained.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The short and lovely walk to the lake is a must do.
The 80s decor and the bathtub could use an update.

Beautiful location! Staff was very friendly.
The room smelled very weird/musty and wasn't clean at all. The bathtub was so stained I didn't feel comfortable getting in! No microwave or TV, also was freezing cold. They have a fireplace but didn't have any wood, and their small heater just didn't do the job. I know they weren't "prepared" for guests so Ill give them the benefit of the doubt but i hope no one else has a stay that bad! Especially for that price.
