Our reason for stay was rest and recovery after a huge surgery. This cozy rental gave us a perfect place to feel at home with our kids for a week while I rested and recovered. Everything about this rental was cozy and made us feel at home!

This property more than suited our needs as a luxury oasis and a base camp for so many close by venues Anclote Key boat excursions, Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Rainbow River just to name a few. The property had everything you needed to accommodate daily meals and pool lanai relaxation time. We look forward to revisiting again in in future.

My family of 8, including our pup absolutely loved our stay. We had more than enough space. The house had all the essentials needed, and included a few extras. We stayed a week and some of us never wanted to leave during the days. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms and closets were nice sized as well.
The neighborhood was pretty quiet, besides the fact we stayed during the week of July 4. 🎆 The pool area was wonderful and is where we spent most of our time. It is very private. The pool cleaner showed up to clean the pool. He did ask first if we minded. He was such a nice guy. We had great conversation and he told us alot about the area. Unfortunately the lawn guy also showed up while we were all outside relaxing in the pool and we had a lot of the yard dust blown on us. We did have trouble getting the pool lights on, but after reaching out to homeowner, they responded quickly to let us know they were not working.
We did have some wild animals visit the backyard that we don't see in Mi and that was awesome!! The dog at the home next door was a little aggressive and ran into the gate a few times our dog was out. Overall our stay was 10/10 and would recommend to everyone. We will definitely be back.

Spent the week with my husband, two sons and our dog! House was amazing! Clean, well stocked! Location was great - we enjoyed time in Clearwater, Tampa and Tarpoon Springs! Loved this location! Pool was an added bonus!

Great property on the border of Holiday and Tarpon Springs FL. Clean, with all sorts of useful items at the house. Pool was shallow and showing age, but we enjoyed it. As well we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the pool light? Light switch’s we’re a bit odd and hard to figure out at first. Property butts onto local middle school, but very quiet from that side. Neighborhood is a working class neighborhood, but besides the odd vehicle reving at night it was good. The major advantage of this property is location. Close to anclote park, tarpon springs, Dunedin , Clearwater beach, new port richey, green key. Highway 19 is a bit of a brute and is always busy. To be honest the people in the area were always super friendly as well. The house itself was a good stay, will be back.

Our Stay was exceptionally. The home was perfectly clean and superbly stocked for a traveler. I will definitely want to come back. Tarpon Springs was a nice place to be as well. Thank you to the host for making this home so easy to feel at home in.

This relaxing home was super clean and easy to function in. Superplus was that it was stocked with nearly everything I could imagine. First night in we arrived late after flying all day with no dinner. I appreciated the popcorn and cold water so much.

The house is nicely renovated and has all the amenities. It is very clean and spacious. The layout is a bit odd with the bathrooms, but not a major issue.
The only drawback we found wad the neighborhood is a bit on the lower end side and we did notice a lot of loud music at night and dogs barking, etc.
When you pay to have the pool heated, they only set it to 82 degrees, which is lower than the 85 to 87 all our other rentals have always been set at.

Home is perfect for multigenerational trip: bedrooms separated on opposite end of house, multiple TV’s-including one on covered patio so you can watch sports and the swimmer! Well stocked kitchen with grocery nearby. Home is close to gulf activities but in a residential area. Highly recommend this property if you want to enjoy the gulf coast without living in the constant tourist atmosphere

We stayed at this lovely home on a whim and fell in love with it! We hardly left the home. It had everything thing we needed, we had groceries delivered… and relaxed in the pool or the beautiful master bedroom (and the shower,amazing!!!!) We are going back.

The home is perfect; beautifully updated, clean, and equipped with anything you would need to feel at home. The home is in a great location, close to multiple restaurants, and beaches but we ended up spending hours by the pool instead. Great hosts, very accommodating to our needs, and requests. I would highly recommend and hope to go back in the future.

This place was amazing and had everything we needed, nothing was lacking.
