We would not have chosen to stay at your listing if you had revealed the steep, uneven and crumbling stairs that lead to the front door and the fact the dishwasher didn’t work. Both these important items were clearly not pictured or revealed in your listing. My mother feel down on the stairs twice while moving in for her stay. She walks everyday and is not disabled in any way. Both her legs suffered scrapes, bruising, and swelling because of these falls. On the second bed/bath side of the house there is mold in the shower track and the toilet makes a shrill sound after flushing. The top sheet had a whole in middle of bottom that my foot found several times. And what about the baseboard trim with nails sticking out blocking use of the closet. The thermostat does not show accurate temperature. The patio was nice , but there were no hanging lights as are pictured in your listing. And ur condo is not over 1500 square feet. Overall, not what we paid for.

Thank you for allowing my spouse and I to stay at your condo! We would love to come back when the lake wasn't drawn down. Even though it was low, my husband fished off the docks! The home was everything that was advertised. There were three items that were missed by the cleaning staff but did not impact our stay. The dishwasher did not work but I understand that the owner was waiting on parts. That is understandable. Very convenient to all the attractions and safe! Thanks!

Great location right on the water with easy access to the boat dock. Interior was spacious with good seating options and included all of the necessities we needed plus some.

This property was perfect for a quick per Thanksgiving trip with Family. The most important thing for me is cleanliness and this property hit the mark. Convenient location. The check in process was easy, simple steps. Appreciate the simplicity as we’ve stayed at other Hot Springs properties where the requirements and process was so detailed and involved and almost overwhelming. Thanks you for sharing!

Outstanding Condo! This was our second time staying in their condo and enjoyed our stay immensely!!!

Everything as described and very nice. Many nice details and amenities (ex. lots of towels, supplies, etc). Only notes I would make is the hill is very steep and thus something to think about if staying during colder months. There was a light out and TV has a roku but you have to use your accounts apparently. Just fyis really - place was wonderful.

It was great! Great location, loved being right in the water and having the boat right there. Condo was super clean and very well stocked. Nick was very responsive to all our questions. The only thing that would have had it perfect would having a boat slip in the complex, but I would definitely book again. Thank you so much for letting us stay

Love Lake Hamilton! The property was nice, right on the water. The outdoor space opens directly into the lawn. The parking situation is a little cramped and the parking spaces are very steep at the water front level. The beds were comfortable but there was no dresser or tv in the second bedroom. Overall it was a great stay.

Good communication with owner, clean condo, good location

Walked out back door to Lake Hamilton and was only few miles from downtown areas. Property was just as described. Did not have boat with me but slip was right out back door of property if i had one.

Zip lining and rented a pontoon boat and went out on a pontoon boat. really enjoyed the place!

We enjoyed this property immensely. The unit was very clean with beautiful main channel views and a large covered boat slip! The beds/linens were very comfortable, and the condo had everything you could need and more. The attention to detail in this unit was much appreciated by my family. Would definitely book again!

The condo was described accurately and exceeded our expectations! We rate this water front condo a 5 STAR PLUS with the ‘PLUS’ being the unexpected amenities from make-up remover wipes to tooth-floss to Bug Spray! They didn’t forget anything! Will stay their again and highly recommend you do too!

Loved that the condo was right on the lower level with the lake. Had everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable. Easy access right off of main highway.

My Friend and I loved this condo. It was conveniently located mins from bath house row, Oaklawn, and nice restaurants. The bed I used was so comfy. The condo was clean and had everything we were looking for.
