Nothing really.
Dead flies, dirty. If you book for 3 people don’t believe the advert, rather just get 2 rooms. We believed the advert and the “futon bed” was put in the kitchen so people were walking around us to go to the toilet etc. Random strangers. As a woman having random men walking around you at night isn’t the best experience. We talked to the host (calls weren’t answered, we managed to talk to them on booking dot com) and with a rude attitude all they said is that we should have got 2 rooms then. The advert also said that the every room comes with a kitchen, microwave, terrace. Everything is shared. And there wasn’t a microwave, unless it was hidden somewhere. While we were there there was a couple who came to stay, they just left the first night. We were there for work so unfortunately we couldn’t just leave.

Simple but nicely refurbished property. I found all clean and tidy.
Kitchen could have more items for cooking, eating, oven tray for example.

It was easy to locate, clean, and quiet when I got there, and I had a comfortable time staying in the property.

Stayed in London Gate as Harewood wasn't available . We'll stocked. Nice room and on suite.
Walls were grubby. Other guest kept trying to get in our room so did not sleep well. Parking was not good

Absolutely nothing.
Was extremely dirty, was no kettle, was no bins in sight, was no tv in the bedroom, drawers were full of rubbish, crisp and biscuits wrappers under bed, was very filthy, and I felt very uncomfortable staying there. Kitchen and bathroom was disgusting.

The house was very dirty the toilet and kitchen where in a sorry state
The room I chose some one had already dropped their luggage in it and if not that I had no choice at that point I would have never slept in that place

The dirtyest place I have ever seen, the smell was disgusting, I couldn't stay here and booking. Com refused my refund, unless you like staying in crack dens stay away

It was dirty and filthy And the other people in the room were talking loud all night on phones People were arguing shouting in the street There was only half a kitchen there with no faculties The bathroom and kitchen is absolutely filthy Your feet were sticking to the floor as he was walking along There was no luck on the bedroom Door so did not feel safe I'm amazed that these people are allowed to rent this property like that Please don't let other people experience this property like this

How cheap can you get, charge 60 pound and not to provide even toilet paper?
Its not a self-service apartment, its just a dirty and noisy shared house.
You can't lock your own room even, if you go out anyone can get into your room, it is not safe.

Breakfast wasn’t available as it had no kitchen or kettle in ur room with tea and coffee none of that was there and had only a 50 pence hock on door so no one can get in ur room while ur there but when u go out u can’t lock ur room door as no lock on it
What I didn’t like was the room, toilet facilities no where to make drinks. I couldn’t even have a shower as no lock on door

The place was like a crack house full of mould and wires hanging unsafe for my child, no tv and no locks on the door random men come into my room with me and my young child I felt unsafe. It was unclean never any facilities to make tea also no staff

The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were silky which I liked, there was also a very big window which was nice.
There was a pile of mysterious wires in the corner of the room, and the toilet seat was in need of a replacements. The curtains also weren't big enough to cover the entire window.
