Everything was new inside the room and it was cozy and quiet. This was probably the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Although the hotel is on a busy road away from the center of town, there is a Starbucks right nextdoor and numerous restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We ate dinner at a fabulous Thai/sushi restaurant less than a block away. The owner and staff are extremely personable and helpful.

Old motor lodge which has redone the rooms. Comfortable stay and it was clean and they have tried. New carpet, new AC unit shower has been redone. Not craftsmanship but for on old motor lodge in Flag is value for money .

Owner was very pleasant, helpful and informative (took me up to the room, showed me how to use the TV and a/c). I later misplaced my key and she graciously let me back in to look for it, but when I couldn't find it she charged me $10 (which she refunded when I later located it). I had an upper foor as I requested. Right next door toa Starbucks. Bed was comfortable.
Parking was tight- maybe the numbers of cars per room needs to be limited. Also, no chair in the room, although it really wasn't set up to have one there.

No breakfast, Mc Donald's next door/good clean room.(small room) Wife missed the iron, had microwave in office, newly remodeled.
More amenities, had some trouble with remote for heater/AC. Probably low batteries. No ice & hair dryer, no iron

The owner of this facility was over the moon helpful and gracious. She met me at the room door, answered questions, and gave me a water and candy bar! The facility is an "old school" type hotel but they have done a fantastic job of making it modern and clean and well maintained. I have never been this pampered. Bed was comfy and rooms had been recently made over. a 10 + !!!!!

It was adorable and spacious Very nicely decorated and homey at the same time. Beds and pillows were super comfortable.
The only issue was the water pressure in the shower was not very strong. A hair dryer in the room would have been nice as well.

Don’t let the outside fool you. All rooms have been renovated and are thus new. Access to Netflix as well as over 500 tv channels including HBO. Beds are comfortable and shower was hot.

Water pressure was low and we did not have a stopper for our tub.

Hotel is well located and close to many restaurants and amenities. Room big, clean and comfy. Staff friendly and very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Flagstaff

Clean and very nice staff. Refrigerator and shortbread cookies were a nice touch.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the beds were comfortable.
There were three things that bothered me. First, the shower was just lukewarm and not much pressure. Second, there was no blow dryer in the bathroom and third, the windows did not have blackout curtains, just sheer white curtains that brought in bright daylight much too early!
