The location is convenient to all the fun in Pigeon Forge. The owners instructions were clear and concise, making our arrival and departure quick and easy. Everything was as described and in perfect order.

The condo was in a great location, so close to everything. The host was great at communicating, the condo was clean and we loved the views from the balcony. We used the outdoor pool a couple times, very nice. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Had some problems they tried to fix just made them worse. Handyman was a joke didn't even bring tools. Shower head was leaking did not fix and changed to a much cheaper one. Carpet needs steamed bad, black mold in shower needs bleach, bath tub unused because so dirty which was disappointing. The cleaning lady just needs to over all do a better job! especially for paying for the cleaning fees every night. Did not have trash bag and clean sponge which they did bring us . Couch has rips in it, one blanket for only one room , no pillowcases for extra pillows which all pillows were flat and needed washed. Door banged all the time when AC kicked on. Needs to state in listing what floor rooms are on. Location was great, views were good, room sizes were good.

My wife, my mom and my son and I all went down for an almost week getaway and the stay far exceeded expectations. The location was perfect and close to everything. The views from the balcony were amazing with the sunsets. The condo in general had everything we needed to accommodate with our 1.5 year old. When i had questions the owners response was fast and very helpful! We will definitely be booking again next year and the years to come!

If your looking for a clean place to stay this is the place! I am a clean freak as in checking the beds , toilets , showers and the microwave. The property managers are great with communication and suggestions on what to do in Pigeon Forge. We have had some bad experiences in the past but this one is by far my favorite! I love how the property owners go above and beyond from making sure we have everything we need or if we need anything else. This has truly been a great experience especially with a 2year old. She loved the balcony along with the Jacuzzi. We just so happen to be there when they treat the indoor pool so we didn’t get to enjoy it but from what we could see, it’s huge and looks clean! I’m excited to book again, I have for sure found my forever vacation spot! ☺️

This condo was more than we expected. The condo was perfect. Very clean, well stocked and cute decor. Nice area and the property was well kept.
The views were stunning, I cannot stress this enough. The first night I saw a shooting star. Each night, I watched the beautiful sunset from the wrap around balcony. We could see for miles and see mountain views, on all sides.
The renter, Samuel, was very responsive and helpful.
The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The jacuzzi and walk in shower was bigger than it looked in pictures. All the rooms were good sized rooms.
I would definitely rent this condo again, without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was convenient to all the activities we had planned ( Ober Gatlinburg, The Island and Smokey Mountain National Parkway). We could see our favorite mountain coaster “ Alpine Coaster” from our balcony. The host quickly replied to all of my inquiries. This was my 3rd year staying at Big Bear. We love it!

Very nice condo. Great location, close to everything. Housekeeper knocked on door 15 min before checkout though, and we felt rushed to get out. Hoping we didn’t leave anything behind cause of being in hurry.

I loved this condo. It had great views, the corner balcony gave a great view to the mountains and the parkway. The beds were comfortable and the master bath was fantastic with the huge shower and jacuzzi tub. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the same building. The check in and check out process was VERY easy and the owner communicated with us about everything from the check in, to things to do in the area, to check out. I will definitely stay here again!!

My family and I attend a yearly event in Pigeon Forge. Every year for the past 5 years we've made a point to stay at one of the cabins or condos at this location. We've never been let down. Family friendly, comfortable, great amenities and a stellar view.

First off, the host, Samuel was very easy to communicate with and always answered messages very quickly. Everything you see in the pictures is accurate. The views from this unit are FANTASTIC! We had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedding was nice and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths.
One thing I would like to tell others considering this unit, if you plan on watching TV, you need to bring your passwords for streaming. There is no local TV/Satellite programming. All 3 smart TV's in the unit are very nice, but had access to very limited basic TV. That may not be important to some people, but we like to watch TV before we go to bed/sleep and really didn't have that option.

We rented this condo for our first girls trip to pigeon forge! The property is in a perfect location! We loved the wrap around patio. The condo was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Our only criticisms of the property are that we couldn’t find the remote to the fireplace and we wished there were more seating in the living room for our game night and movie night. We enjoyed staying here and would love to return.
