Our family is so privileged to stay at Seven Palms, and we have done so on several occasions. There is something for everyone with the calming waters out back, the beach just steps away, fabulous restaurants around to corner, and a hop, skip and a jump from the airport. We could not think of a better location.
The home is just perfect with 3 large bedrooms, plenty of spaces for all of us for fun as well as privacy, and an outside deck area after a dip in the pool. It’s super clean with all of the appointments we would find in our own home.
Add to that, the managment team is superb, always responsive, kind and there to answer any question.
We have high expectations, and this place exceeds every time!!! Cant wait to come back.

This property is meticulous. Everything that you need has been thought of, and it is exactly like the pictures. Well decorated, clean, well-organized, great linens and super comfy beds. The host supplied coffee, sun screen, cleaning items, and a great set-up to walk the 7 minutes to the beach: wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler. The house is beautiful and pool is great. The channel is fun to watch the boats go back and forth. Beach is very walkable, other restaurants and food places, however, are not. We ubered to Palm Beach and was about 20 minutes. We had to uber to the Publix which is on the other side of the bridge. So just plan for that. If you are looking for relaxing beach house- this is it! It was definitely a 5 Star.

Seven Palms exceeded my expectations. Everything about home was exceptional quality and layout was well designed. What I was not familiar with was the development where home is located. It felt like home and not a party scene. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and we enjoyed walks in the evening and coffee by the waterway in the morning. We enjoyed having space outside with TV in the cabana which could be enjoyed even during a couple of rain showers. The beds, linens are of high quality and kitchen stocked well with everything we needed. Cecelia was always a text away if I had questions and response time was minutes. All in all a phenomenal experience for young and old and would highly recommend! I’m looking forward to return next fall. A huge thank you for the snacks provided on our arrival too! CDH

Amazing property with very thoughtful owners. Home is better than it looks in the pictures and the location is amazing. If possible, I highly recommend you bring your boat as world-class fishing, diving, snorkeling and sandbars with crystal clear water are only a few minutes away. The owners put a lot of thought into the property with a high attention to detail, you don’t need to bring anything but your suitcase. 5 stars.

We loved our stay at Seven Palms. The property is incredibly organized, clean and beautifully decorated and stocked. Lovely place to grill some fish and sit and relax with friends and family. It was perfectly situated on Singer island and Palm Beach. The property manager was extremely helpful and set up a house website with recommendations for local activities and restaurants. We recommend a trip to peanut island taking the taxi from sailfish marina which has a busy and delicious restaurant. Also the Kennedy Space Center is a surprisingly easy day trip if you leave by 7am. Enjoy!

Amazing home! Super comfortable and perfect location. House was fully stocked with everything you would ever need. Furnace was extremely comfortable and pool was perfectly heated, spent so much time in back yard enjoying the water way. Very peaceful neighborhood and would love to stay here again! This home is a definite must if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway!

Thank you. We had an amazing time. The cleanliness was great. Beds were luxurious and comfortable. Bathrooms/Showers extremely spacious. The outdoor living area were amazing along with dock access and view also classic.

This stunning house was also located next to the beach (5 minute walk), shops and restaurants and had a water view. The pool and patio were terrific to hang out together as a family. My kids really appreciated the high speed internet for work. Highly recommend!

Great location to restaurants and beach.
Excellent entertainment space for friends/family. We enjoyed watching manatees swim past the dock while having morning coffee. It's a very nice neighborhood. Both host and owner we're in contact at all time's and both making sure our needs and any concerns were readily addressed. Excellent place to stay for any occasion

This home is beyond gorgeous! Immaculately remodeled home! So much style and beyond hip! Heart shaped pool! Magical place! Awesome fishing from the dock on the inter coastal waterway! The beach is right here! Peaceful awesome property with wonderful neighbors. Kind nice wonderful people. Awesome indoor and outdoor showers! Incredible outdoor sofas and seating areas to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather and meals outside. A designers dream home! Perfect stay! Book this chic house and enjoy luxury. :-)

Everything about this place was perfect. Was able to pull my boat right up to the dock. Right around the corner from Peanut Island. Great backyard and pool. Everything is clean and modern. House comes fully equipped. Beds are comfortable. The property management company was very accommodating and attentive. Went out of their way to help us. True gem.

We arrived at Seven Palms on a Sunday afternoon and stayed for seven days. The home is beautiful and immaculate. There were drinks and snacks waiting for us. The home has alot of windows which make for a beautiful view in the morning and in the evening. We brought our pontoon boat and was able to leave it on the dock and that made it very convenient to use it daily. The beds are the most comfortable beds we have stayed in at a rental, and the pillows made for very restful nights. The bathrooms had all the supplies you need for your stay, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They also included hair dryers in both shower areas. The kitchen was very well stocked with top of the line utensils and appliances. If there was something I needed it was there. The laundry room is amazing, everything was amazing. Ceclia was so wonderful and was there for everything we needed. This by far has been the best rental we have stayed in and we have stayed in many on vacations. You will not be disappointed. Alos LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Stunning Home perfectly equipped!
This is the best VRBO any of us have ever stayed in! Everything about the communication from booking to check out was fantastic. The house looked beautiful in the pictures but was even better in person. The kitchen was perfectly stocked (actually had way more than you typically see in a rental) all appliances were new and in great condition. The beds were extremely comfortable with large sliders to see the beauty outside. If you have a boat, the location of this house is super easy to get to so many places. We will definitely be booking again…. And again!!!

Just what we needed!
This was our last stop of our honeymoon and after traveling abroad for several week with canceled/missed flights, lost luggage…this home was perfect and just what we needed! The decor is beautiful and the location was perfect! We spent every day in the pool and enjoyed our coffee down by the canal each morning. So peaceful, even with a 4th of July holiday, it was so quiet! From check in to check out, communication was so easy and efficient. Can’t say enough great things!! We can’t wait to come back!

All I can say is that there was nothing left out at this property. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and relaxing. The back patio was great for hanging out and spending time with family. The open floor plan was great. "WOW" what a place to vacation
