Supportive staff specially for food section the staff made delicious breakfast. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast very good. Room is equipped with the basic & required amenities. Bed is of Queen size.

Rooms were value for money but staff need a lot of improvement
The staff is really undertrained. When I check in the room there were no toiletries no tea coffee refreshments. I had to literally call 4 times to get these basic things which should have been there already. It was provided to me after Atleast 3 hrs.

I would advise booking.com to not host such hotels that is very bad in terms of bedclothes, towels, shower shops, and cleanliness of the room. The hotel is very bad in terms of service of basic needs like a water bottle and room. The room has lots of mosquitoes and you can imagine how the hotel would be. Such a pathetic hotel and a very bad experience.

Cannot switch off main lights at night. No room service ,arrogant staff, no fridge, no ac controls. Really bad place to stay.
