The property has easy access to Branson and to the Marina, well equipped and well designed. Host would answer all our questions immediatelly.

This property is great for large families and friends....you can't go wrong !!

The home was beautiful and spacious, just as described in the description. Had good communication with the manager of the home. They also reached out multiple times during our stay to make sure that things were OK. House was clean and kitchen very well stocked.

Grate place for the most part ice makers didnt really work and the shower were dirty but over all a very nice place

Great location and amenities! Really enjoyed the deck, pools, and shuffle board. Plenty of room to spread out!

I usually do not leave a bad review, but this one is needed. Gave management many chances to contact me, maybe this will help for the future people that stay there. First issue we had is that pool was not heated. Which took over 24 hrs and multiple calls and messages for someone to just answer. Once they answered, took a while to send out a handyman, who once when he came said that he doesn't know anything about the pool. He just wanted to turn up the heat to the pool room, which was locked to the guests. Eventually, we figured out ourselves that they had a bad breaker to the heater and got it fixed, but took over 12 hrs to heat up the pool since heater is super small. Then, they sent out someone our last day to 'fix the pool' even though I told them that we are good with temperature now. That person decided to drain pool and hot tub in the morning before we even went downstairs so another day we couldn't use pool. That is in total able to use less than 2 days out of our 4 days there. Second, cleaning crew came in the house 15 mins before check out. We were rushed and did not do a final walk through which caused my wife to forget some of her belongings. Once again, I contacted Ben through VRBO messaging and left him a voicemail as well to see if they can mail it or if we can pick it up in about a month we will be in the area again. It has been 10 days, no call no text from Ben or anyone else at the management. I would not stay here again nor any other property that this management company manages.

We took a spur of the moment spring break trip to Branson. This was our first time staying at this house and hope it isn’t the last. It was perfect for our group, aged infant to Grandmother! It rained a few days but that didn’t keep the kids from swimming downstairs in the private, indoor pool. The pool was a definite hit!

Beautiful location within 15 - 20 minutes of everything. Property management team was fantastic and checked on us, by phone, repeatedly. Property was as described and my family Thanksgiving went off without a hitch. In the immortal words of Clark Griswold in National Lampoons Christmas Vacation: “I did it!”

We find a place each year to stay for a week or more at Table Rock Lake. This place was awesome!! Loved having two refrigerators! The back porch was a close to others, but never a problem. Spacious and great lighting and great breeze to relax on the back porch. Soft bedding was nice. Everyone had their own bathroom so that was really nice! Overall, pretty upscale place with extra amenities for all!

This home has room for everyone in this massive 10 bedroom home! Hot? Cool Off In the private in-ground pool OR walk across the street to the community pool with slides for the kids OR drive 3 minutes down the road to moonshine beach and spend the day swimming and fishing. With the game tables in the basement to the spacious deck with an oversized connect 4 the family had a blast and we look forward to returning next year!

For 20 years our family has gathered over July 4 week. Now 17 people ages 10 to 70. The location was great. Branson and Table Rock Lake are fun places. Bedrooms are great. Good kitchen, double refrigerators, double dishwashers, and spacious deck. Pool across street so felt like part of house. However, house still needed to have complete punch out from construction, and house next door under construction. (We had flat tire from construction nail and really dusty.) also grill was so dirty we decided not to use it rather than clean it. Rental agency not really customer service oriented compared to others we have had over the 20 years.
