Clean and comfy beds, but a weird set up. No tv's in the bedrooms, and stairs that are not conducive for suitcases. Also needs ceiling fans in each room. If this place had a tv and ceiling fan in each room, and normal stairs, i would give this place 5 stars. Nice kitchen.

Close to shops, skiing, and in a nice area in Frisco. The only thing that has to improved is the time for checking in and out of the unit. Both are not convenient for families and extra 15h per hour is not reasonable. It’s a property management issue.

A great rental although a few details were overlooked that matter. The fireplace did not work upon arrival. Being a mountain rental this should not be overlooked as it's a touch we looked for with this rental. Contacting management I was advised there was no remote for the fireplace, although remote was located in the kitchen and it still did not work. Details on a remote and fireplace use should be updated for future guests. The repair tech noted several different issues with the fireplace not working, which was repaired. The repair tech also arrived at 4pm-ish and exactly the same time we returned to the property after skiing all day. At a time we looked to relax and enjoy the common living space between skiing and dinner out there was work taking place in the only living room. Last, there was not one extra blanket or throw available, not one. My elderly father wanted an extra blanket for his bed/feet and to sit on the couch. After a request could not be accommodated, I simply had to go shopping (while on my 48 hour vacation) to buy an extra blanket. It was a great rental, but these were two very important details. BTW the beds were great and so was the cleanliness. I also requested a call from management and no one called. Thx.

Very comfy place. Good location. Nice amenities

1) Great location 2) Great condo Loved the fact that all 3 bedrooms were each on a separate floor with their own bathroom. Having access to a warm garage was awesome and the rack in the garage that held all of our ski’s was a nice touch. Overall the property was perfect for us.
