Looking for a quiet place for a much needed break. Got just that last week during our stay. Utilized a couple local parks for beach time(Ocean Reef Park 1/2 mile away free admission and John MacArthur state park $5 admission 3 miles away). Finished our days poolside. Perfect spot to travel to downtown WPB, Clematis Ave restaurants etc are a short drive. It’s small but everything you’d need as a couple.

My first VRBO experience-Good news-Great location-Quaint property, upgraded & remodeled-Layout & style is great-I liked it & basically enjoyed my stay-Not So Good News- My original comments included the price advertised and the price at check out and they wouldn't let me tell that but pick any number you want and that's what they advertised and then double it and that's what I paid at check out-There was a hefty cleaning fee”-I stayed three nights with a 4x10 fee a day for cleaning & of course there was no cleaning, changing of towels or making the bed on any of those days-Decide for yourself if an advertised price is one price a night that ends up being double that a night at check out is bate and switch or not ? 2 communication requests through the website, prior to making the reservation-Got a response to 1 request regarding the “Cleaning Fee” & got no response to question about the price-VRBO attempted to contact the owner/managers & they also got no response Listing forces you to pay $59.00 for some kind of insurance or something before you can check out Light switch & light switch plate, in the bathroom, looked like it had years of accumulated oils, sweat & grim on them-Did make me wonder about the other overall cleanliness Wall mounted air conditioner on back wall, in the bedroom-Air conditioner has a vent blade that moves up & down to direct the airflow-Vent blade has what seems to been many months or years of black dust accumulated on it Bathroom sink water press

Nice little place! Super close to the beach and the Ocean Drive plaza. Very chill and quiet during our stay. Would def stay again!

While the property is small, it was more than adequate, very clean, comfortable, nice outside seating & a spacious shared pool. It was very convenient to a beautiful beach, shopping & several restaurants, Singer Island is a great spot!
