This place is ~100 yards to the Kicking Horse lift at Granby Ranch. Easy to walk with your skis and hop right on, once you have your lift tickets. This was a nice spot to crash after a full day of skiing for two adults and three teens.

Very nice rental. Access to Rocky Mountain NP was fairly nearby. Very peaceful stay and wonderful views.

This property worked great for us and our golf outing. The location was perfect. As vacationers that use VRBO many times, we usually see a few minor flaws at each property, but they are so easy to overcome. We just notify the owners and keep going. This property was well worth it over the tiny issues that were there. I would easily recommend this property to any travelers to this area. Thank you to the owners for letting us use this condo for our stay.

This place was great!
• It had some new updates, which are really nice, and more to come (that was the only slight ding as there was minor dust, a few appliances off, and supplies still being stored - all of which were so manageable!).
• There is a ski lift within walking distance for any age (we had 4 kids aged 6-10).
• Communication with the property manager was so easy and very responsive.

Ski lift at parking lot. Lodge close by. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had every convenience. Wonderful view. This unit was more worn than previous unit in same building. Great natural light, but poor lighting after sunset and we were never able to get the jet tub to work. We don't have workable contact info to reach host.

It was great! After our other reservation was cancelled due to the property being sold, we were lucky this property was available on short notice. It was well represented on the website and was super convenient to local ski areas. I had a momentary freak out moment since I had to work remote a day during our stay when the WiFi password didn't work, but I got a quick response from the owners to let us know of the typo on the instructions given. Would stay there again!

This condo has such an incredible location for people wanting to hit the slopes at Granby Ranch! The owners are new, but they are very communicative and helpful when needed. I can’t wait to stay at this property again!

Good convenient location for visiting RMNP, nice neighborhood. Clean condo with plenty of space. There was a barking dog directly below us the first night that barked several times through the night.

This is a condo in an apartment like building with multiple floors, which wasn't represented in the listing. The apartment had fine beds, linens, towels for three bedrooms and dishes, but very little else. Granted that the owners are new and they have the opportunity to make changes, but there were no condiments, no olive oil/mustard/vinegar/spices/teas, not even salt and pepper. I have never been in a place from VRBO or another rental service with nothing provided in the kitchen. The directions were very difficult to follow, when you entered the Ranch, to find the Summit Building and this can easily be fixed with descriptions of mileage and buildings that you pass as you go up and over the hill. The worst for us was the noise of the road as there are a lot of construction trucks going back and forth directly in front of the building. Others may be less sensitive than us. I would suggest being honest about the road in front of the condo. The fireplace worked well and the small porch was lovely to look out from, but the condo needs maintenance and needs to have the new owners putting in some time and care into the property. I'm sure they can do this.

Loved Granby!
Loved the area to stay, with just a short 30 min drive to entrance of National park. The condo was located in a great area, with access to a grocery store, restaurants, etc.. A couple things to keep in mind:
-laundry isn’t in-unit, so just plan to do laundry around other residents/guests
-pool is located about 2 miles from unit, and not easily walkable
None of these things should deter you from staying here, just is helpful to know before you get there.

I absolutely loved my stay here. No complaints at all. The view was amazing, the condo was perfect. I absolutely loved everything about my trip. I wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Needed more beds
I was having a small family get together for 12 of us and only had 4 bedrooms at my house. This unit was only 2 miles away and worked perfectly.

For the price, this place was great. The three separate rooms with queen beds made traveling with an all adult group really comfortable. Hard to find affordable places that aren’t twin or bunk beds at ski resorts!

Driving distance to the “main base” which we liked because we avoided the crowds. Driving down to the Inn to use their pool and arcade wasn’t that bad, even on the night it was snowing pretty heavily. Used the opportunity to stop back down at the grocery store and/or liquor store at the edge of town.

Great place for your stay
We all enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable.
In the loft there was supposed to be 2 single beds, turned out to have a queen. But we figured out sleeping arrangements.
It would be nice to see the tub in the one bedroom get removed . Just takes up space.
