Everything except the hammer drilling that started at 8am until 2pm!

Vacasa has lied and misinformed us on a couple items. I am not a complainer. I only want my accommodations to work as they should and expect to be told correct information. Vacasa told us well after we booked that there would be construction, the balcony would be closed, and parking would be less, but over flow parking is across the street at at first come basis. There was NOT any overflow parking across the street available during our stay. There was only paid parking DOWN the street. Granted it’s only $2 a day but we dealt with that lie. We arrived with both bathtub/showers and both bathroom sinks clogged causing gross backup water. Vacasa fixed the drains the NEXT following day. Here’s the main problem, Hammer Drilling started on Monday the 27th and they started at 8am every day! It was horrible, ridiculous, and very frustrating, we don’t know what to do. So I reached out to Vacasa and they were snarky and implied I’m a complainer. I say this because when I sent the video of how loud the drilling was at 8am, their response was about having to fix the drains. Im reaching out to you at booking.com since I booked though you and what you to be aware of how bad this made our vacation. I told Vacasa that even a refund doesn’t solve this issue but it is the only humane way to offer a solution to this very frustrating issue. This condo should of never been available during this construction. I’d be happy to show you videos/pictures for proof. There were concrete particles that completely covered my truck in the reserved spot I had to park in. I have video of how loud the drilling actually was.
