Loved that it was very close to the beach. Felt like home and very comfortable.
We didn't like that they did not have an umbrella and chairs to lay on the beach or were not able to rent any.

It was under remodel, parking was limited, and they had roaches

no one told us they would be using jackhammers and doing construction on the building next door. we were unable to enjoy the balcony. day after thanksgiving we were sitting on the beach and someone from maintenance was cutting up fencing with a reciprocating saw making terrible noise. We finally had to leave early because the only elevator quit working (which no notified or posted) and we were on the 5th floor with elderly parents. once we finally got them downstairs we could not get back up. the Management company is horrible to deal with. they were really sketchy in their communications and was never able to actually speak with anyone. they would only text. Vacasa is horrible!!
