Place was beautifully kept and everything was just as stated. Owners did a great job and we will definitely recommend to ours and hopefuls be back ourselves.

The property was exactly as presented in the ad. It was very clean, and the owner had all the little “extras” that make a stay so special. Even our Goldendoodle felt the love seeing a sign about Goldendoodles! We were celebrating my mom’s 90th birthday, and she had the best time. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

The house was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. It was handicap accessible for our elderly parents and the backyard was lovely.

We had a beautiful time at the lake, enjoying the views from the deck. The house was beautiful and clean and worked well for our family of eight. Our kids enjoyed the games and the family friendly atmosphere. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities and we were not needing anything to make meals during our stay, Mike was very responsive to any questions we had and we love that our dogs could be included in our trip. Very Clean, Beautiful home. Yard was well set up for family picnics(Dining outside). The Blackstone grill was awesome, my son has one at home, and he did most of the cooking all week, he enjoyed this. The chairs out on the dock were set up perfectly for watching the sunset on the lake, I took some beautiful pictures! The nice big dining table inside was great for the whole family to sit around and play games at night. All in all we had a perfect week! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us..

The lake, of course, is beautiful and relaxing. The location is great to experience all that the Chautauqua region has to offer. With two young kids, the yard, between the house and lake, was perfect to run around. What wonderful hosts and a great getaway. Thank you for sharing such a special place!

The property was even better than the pictures! Bedrooms had a lot of room. Close to everything. Could launch the boat quickly down the street. Many nice amenities (kayaks & Blackstone) and air conditioning was a plus! The owner was great to communicate with. We will definitely return!

This is a beautiful house inside and the property contained everything you could possibly need. Went with my wife and parents and had a great time fishing off the dock. We caught several fish and enjoyed the surrounding area. Everything was very clean and the property was well maintained.

Lakehouse was perfect for our Mother/daughter weekend. It had everything we could possibly need for our weekend stay. House was so clean and comfortable. The location on the lake was very convenient to Chautauqua attractions. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, the kayaks, and relaxing on the dock. Our only regret is we didn't plan a longer stay!

This house is beautifully remodeled and the view of the lake is even better!! Mike the property owner was very accommodating and always got back to me with a quick response! No need to bring anything other than clothes, food, and family because everything else is provided. 5 star all the way around!!

We had a great weekend. The house was a perfect location on the lake with great outdoor space. The inside was very clean and very well laid out. We relaxed on the dock, ate on the deck and enjoyed the fire! We had our 15lb dog with us or loved the yard space. I would definitely recommend and will absolutely try to stay here again! Joni

What a wonderful weekend!!! We celebrated my daughter's upcoming wedding with a bang and our accommodations were the best!! From the location to the spectacular view, and all of the amenities, this house was perfect!! You will not be disappointed with stay, you can't go wrong!! 10 stars!!!

The house was lovely - updated, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a weekend. We appreciated the host ensuring the dock wasn't removed before our mid October stay. It's a great location on the lake and plenty of chairs to enjoy the beautiful view. Of the 3 places we've stayed at Chatauqua, this is our favorite.

Fabulous location! The house had everything you could want to help you enjoy your stay. We were all very impressed with the owner’s thoughtfulness in providing ALL essentials and MORE!! We had 3 adults at 80+ years old and everyone had a fabulous time. We highly recommend Mike’s lake house!!

Beautiful place - so nice to just relax & hang out.

We stayed for only two nights but had an enjoyable time. Unfortunately it rained the entire time and we never got to experience the true beauty of the outdoor amenities. Everything was available for all of your living and recreation needs.

My daughter and I took my parents to the lake for some fishing for the weekend. House was perfectly set up for us and had every detail thought of. Perfect location to shops, parks, restaraunts. My parents enjoyed their weekend!

I must say Mike D. and family thought of everything! All you need is at the house. Even firewood! The home is immaculate, up to date and supplied with all you need. Morning sunrise with coffee at the dock is a million dollar view. Would recommend to all! Thank you Duve's for allowing our family to enjoy your lakefront home!

Wonderful house on CHQ lake! Lots of comforts and easy lake access. Very beautiful scenery. If you are looking for rest and relaxation...this place has it!!

The house is very nicely decorated, clean, spacious and well equipped. Beautiful view of the lake from the house and from the private dock. Convenient to restaurants and other attractions in the area. The owners were very easy to work with and very accommodating. It would also be a great place for a family vacation.

We stayed a week and it was a perfect experience. Mike the owner was great to interact with and made sure everything was perfect for our stay! We enjoyed the dock and boating on the lake and the fire pits! It was an awesome family vacation. There is so much to do and see around the area. We were never bored and enjoyed our trip immensely. The house was well stocked with everything we needed - including towels, hand soap, toilet paper, and even extra toothbrushes. The Duve’s have thought of everything to make the house a home for their guests. They even had a waffle maker and griddle for making large breakfasts for the family! We also appreciated that they allow dogs. Our English bulldog really enjoyed sniffing around a new place and we managed to keep her out of the water but if your dog loves water (and doesn’t swim like a rock) this place is perfect vacation spot. Their were 9 of us and we had plenty of room and slept well in the beds. It’s also beautifully decorated and comfortable for a large family movie night. The huge dining table was perfect for meals and game nights. Everyone kept commenting on how lovely the place was and how much they were enjoying the views of the lake.
