Very clean overall. Close to restaurants. Kitchen well stocked. There was a standard coffee maker and a Keurig. No laundry detergent available to start washing sheets as requested. Had issues with electronic lock but communication with Vacasa (Property Manager) was exceptional. Quick fix. There are 2 keys that are required for using the stairs and getting into pool and onto beach which should have been communicated. Pool and hot tub were great and beach access was very nice. Only steps to the waters edge. Beds were very comfortable, beach towels provided, plenty of games and books for kids and adults, and beach toys , chairs, etc were in condo. Maybe add an inventory list of what they have in amenities on website. . Great grilling area. Tried to access the fishing pier on last day and neither key worked ?? The condo balcony was a corner with a Gulf View but set back from the front of the building which I didn't realize when booking. I like ocean front. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was great for a family with a toddler. Lots of beach toys, beach wagon, beach chairs, etc. The patio is great for kids as well. The building itself is a bit outdated, but the individual condo is nice and well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice unit. Common areas are a little compact. Third bedroom was too small for a full bed plus bunk beds. Lots of stuff for the kids and family in unit. Tons of beach stuff: games, umbrellas, chairs, and wagons.

Very spacious, clean condo on a beautiful beach. Plenty of room for our 5 kids & had our own room, bathroom & balcony. If you are coming with no car, there isn’t much within walking distance as it’s in a residential area, but there is a trolley. Beware, very small hot water heater (ran out after 2-3 short showers), so spread them out! Also, no trash bags…. But overall a lovely stay.

Good- was comfortable beds, close to the gulf and the kitchen was stocked. Bad- dryer didn't work well, the door key pad didn't work and roaches.

Condo needs maintenance, painting and better cleaning. Shower head in 2nd bath is gross and needs cleaning - refused to use it. Best feature is the balcony and unit is convenient to stairs. Crazy that this condo has only one sloooow elevator.

Our stay here for our family of 5 exceeded our expectations! This home had everything we needed to have a great time. Everything was sparkling clean and where you think it should be.

Pros: *The beach location 100 feet from the property. * The pool was cleaned daily * The beach fun stuff was abundant and high quality. There were plenty of beach chairs for our party of 8, umbrellas, a wagon to carry all the stuff. The owner makes sure you don't have to purchase any beach gear - very nice touch. * lots of "new" toys for our 3.5 year old grandchild to play with. It's a very kid friendly condo. *The bunk bed was a hit for her Areas of Improvements * the dated dishwasher died on us so we washed dishes by hand. I alerted Vacasa and an appliance repairman arrived a couple hours later. He notified the owner the dishwasher needed to be replaced. Make sure the machine has been replaced. * The ice dispenser broke down also. We had to buy extra ice through the week and reach in the freezer to get ice. The technician didn't say if it could be repaired or a new refrigerator was needed. Again, make sure the ice maker works. * There was 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no hand soap, no body wash in the showers, and 1 trash bag in the kitchen waste basket. Come on, owner! For what we paid this week, a few extra rolls of TP, hand and body soap and trash bags isn't going to hurt your bottom line. * Finally, Vacasa needs to include the key code to the beach-door gate in the "Welcome" information. It's a nice security gate that allows only guests to come/go from the beach.

Great property and an absolutely beautiful location. We enjoyed our time on the beach as much as our time at the pool and hot tub. Looked forward to the award winning sunsets each evening. We got to see rays and crabs at the shoreline several times. This condo has great views from the balcony. As other reviewers stated it is on the side of the building, but I actually preferred that location vs directly over the pool. We ate dinner outside each evening as there is a nice patio set. You will want for nothing at this rental ... kitchen fully stocked toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, pots and pans etc. it also is fully loaded with plenty of beach gear - including beach chairs and umbrellas. Beds are so comfortable with quality linens and towels. Close to everything! We went mini golfing at Smugglers (excellent), Visited the Tampa zoo and Florida Aquarium as well as the Skyway bridge. The unit was clean and well appointed. We stay in a lot of condos/houses and this one had the best equipped kitchen. Pots and pans were in great shape. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups, utensils, etc. The beach was uncrowded so we did not visit the pool. The only issue is there is only one elevator but since this unit is on the first floor above the parking, we could use the stairs which were very convenient. This was our 2nd stay in this unit for the July 4th weekend. Parking is convenient, the unit was clean and well maintained. The owner`s provided a lot of extras: beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, games, magazines. The kitchen was well equipped (but we found the kitchen knives a bit dull). The pool was clean, not too crowded and has ample lounge chairs and tables/chairs. There are a couple of grills available but we did not use them. Indian Shores has a wide beach with soft sugar sand. The ideal Florida Beach vacation. My family loves this beach and this unit. I have already booked our 2021 vacation week in this unit. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sand Dollar 101. The condo was easy to find and had plenty of close in parking. Everything was very clean and tidy. The dishes, silverware, pots & pans, towels and beach equipment appeared to be new. The furniture was in great shape. Everything you might need in the kitchen was present. The pool was warm and the sand soft. Communication with and from the Teeming staff was great. I would try to book this property again for any future visits to this area. We spent several days here for spring break. Property is on the beach and has a private pier. We enjoyed fishing on the pier at night and caught a few fish We also e joyed being so close to the beach, the property had 6 chairs and two umbrellas. This was something we really appreciated as were on the beach each day. Indian Shores is residential area. Some restaurants snd things to do, but much quieter than Clearwater and less to do nearby than other areas. However, short walk to coffee shop, best mini golf we ever played, basketball court, and a couple of restaurants. We liked Seabreeze. We arrived in Indian Rock Beach from NY and were not able to stay in the place we had planned on staying. We found this property and were quickly able to book and get in the next day. We were lucky to find it.

The unit was as described, updated and very relaxing. We had one minor problem, but it did not ruin our stay. Facility was clean and right on the beach. Pool was a little small and grab your chair EARLY as they fill up FAST!

All they being said, we would stay here again. We just might rent from the condo directly as they have people on site who can assist easier with questions.
