All was good except the condos need larger water heaters. Hard to have a house for 8 capacity to take showers. Only 6 of us, but had to wait in between for next two people to take a shower. And we took quick showers. Also heard this complaint from other people staying in the building.

The condo was amazing! All of the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean and the condo was comfortably large enough for the 7 of us. We definitely want to stay there again!!

This is the second year we stayed in this unit-overall good experience. Love the wrap around porch and all of the room inside the unit. Very comfortable with three bedrooms. The main downside was that the hot tub was not hot-we called to see if someone could be sent out, but it was still not hot when we left two days later. Though there is construction it is still a good location.

Great condo near the beach. Yes, there is construction next door of the Opal but the windows are high enough quality that you don’t hear the construction whatsoever. There is no blinds though in the kitchen, dining room or living room so when the sun hits all the windows the heat does climb inside the unit. Towels and beach accessories were plentiful and easily accessible. Pool and hot tub were nice and well maintained.

Beautiful floor plan, love how everyone has a bedroom with a bath, walking distance to restaurants, the AC works very well very comfortable at night when sleeping, many floor fans if needed, Plenty of hot water for showers, pool is warm, clean, Furniture needs updating, sinking when you sit on them. Kitchen needs some work. Please update the vacuum. Deck is very nice and a beautiful breeze. Plenty of outdoor furniture which is very nice.

We loved everything about our stay once we could get in. We arrived late (flight) and directions to get into the condo were lacking. Find the clear lobby doors where the elevator is and use the first code provided. The other code is for the actual unit which you can’t get to until you take the elevator up. The directions we were sent we not clear (and in two separate places) and in our exhausted, hungry state, it took us a while to match the code with the door. We tried emailing and texting for help and did not receive any response back until the next morning. I’m glad we figured it out. After that, the place is amazing. Clean, well stocked, toys, views for miles and a wonderful location. You will love it!

We had a great vacation. We loved the location and we had a view of the Gulf. After the construction is finished that won't be the case.

Large well-appointed condo. Great walkability to numerous restaurants, shops and activities. Minimal window treatments (no drapes or curtains) in main living area kind of made you feel on display at night, hard to view TV during the day due to glare.

No internet or television the entire stay, and coming from a long ways away means our cellular data didn’t work either. We had no way of planning or even getting door flash. What’s worse is that we kept getting brushed off by the company. Was told many many times that someone would contact me, and they never did. Then all the kids were trapped in the elevator for an hour and the fire department had to come get them out. I was promised a partial refund for not having internet or television and never received it. The apartment was gorgeous and huge, but for the money we spent, and not having internet or television was not acceptable.

The condo was so spacious. It had everything needed and was much larger than the photos make it appear. Great location close to the south beach. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend this condo!

Only sad part was tropical storm came in day of checkout and we were denied late check out, so we drove in the storm.

Perfect layout and location for a much needed girlfriend reunion. Plenty of space, loved the wrap around porch and short walk to beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property!

Stayed at the property for a long weekend, Wednesday-Sunday. The property was very clean, beautiful condo. Only hiccup was no parking pass and the access code didn't work, but the management responded quickly and resolved the issue. I would definitely go back.

The kids loved having the pool on site. The apartment was well maintained and had very comfy beds. The unit was quiet. The walk to the beach was only 2 blocks with walk accessibility to the marina too. Vacasa was fast to respond to questions.

Luxurious Condo in Clearwater Beach
Four adult family members loved the condo, hot tub & pool. Clean, very spacious unit on third floor with ocean & canal views. Three large bedrooms, each with its own separate bathrooms, also had water views. We enjoyed the huge kitchen & entertainment areas. Great location for beach walking & restaurants. The Pinellas Bike Trail (short drive into Clearwater) has lots of sections to ride or walk.

I`ve stayed at about 6 different condominiums on Clearwater Beach, and my family owned a rental condominium on Clearwater Beach for many years. My impression of this condo was that the rooms were much larger than what you typically find in some of the condo buildings which were built in the 80`s and 90`s, and the space was well laid out and relatively quiet despite it`s proximity to the beach. It`s about 2 blocks from the beach (about a 3 minute walk) and within walking distance to many restaurants. I would definitely stay at this condominium again.

Great location and perfect layout for entertaining!
This was a last minute property change as our original rental was sold and we had to rebook. All said and done, I would have rented this place over our first one any day. It was well appointed. Great for having other families there with plenty of space for all to spread out. Great kitchen. Wonderful sleeping arrangements. Quiet and comfortable accomodations. The bedrooms were excellent for our kids and their friends. The layout of the place was outstanding with bedrooms having hallways and laundry, storage, etc. between so the sound was kept to each space. Tons of amenities, like bikes, paddle board in the pool cabana, etc. (we didn`t use these, but it`s perfect for who might want to use them). It was fabulous and we would stay again

This is a GEM!
We had an incredible time on our vacation! The place was even better than we imagined. Sunrise and sunset on the wrap around porch were breathtaking. There were basic starter supplies provided like toilet paper, dishwashing pods, detergent, and trash bags. Everything from plates, coozies, coffee cups, blender, tea pot, coffee maker, grill, etc. are provided. The entire condo was in prestine condition when we arrived. It is 2 blocks from the beach and restaurants. Our kids were able to play in the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. More than enough space for our two families. This place pays for itself ten-fold. If you are looking for a family vacation spot, this is it! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for letting us stay.

Overall it was pretty good, only small issue to me was:

The unit was clean and nobody was there. I asked if we could check in and was told we could not, “because of strict cleaning policies”. I get it, but the place was clean and empty and we had nowhere to drop off our bags.

This condo is in the best location in Clearwater. Close to the beach and restaurants and just off the main street that runs through the town.
It has recently been updat d with new furniture, bedding, towels and flooring. Super comfortable beds!
They also have plenty of extra large beach towels.
We had a great stay and the rental was perfect!

This condo is in the best location in Clearwater. Close to the beach and restaurants and just off the main street that runs through the town.

Beautiful condo
We travel to Clearwater often and have stayed several places. This condo is located conveniently to the beach. And many restaurants. The condo was beautiful and well supplied. It allowed plenty of room for our entire family to feel as though they had their own space. The pool area was dirty and unkept. We did contact management about it and although they were very responsive to us, they said the property maintenance manager would be contacted. Unfortunately, the property manager was never seen and the pool area remained unkept the entire week of our stay. I would also like to see the pool gates locked because there were a couple times it appeared strangers had wandered in. The construction across the street was a bit noisy. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay overall and would come back.
