The location of the property is awesome. It was fun and convenient to be able to go right downstairs for food and drinks. It was perfect for our girls trip.

Really enjoyed our stay.the location is so convenient. You are close to restaurants/bars.the restaurant that is below did not bother us at all.the beds were comfortable. There was coffee that was supplied to for the keurig which was very handy.would definitely stay again

The location was great! There were plenty of places to walk to from here. The bar/courtyard below was an amazing space to grab a drink and hangout. You could hear a little bit of the chatter from the bar at night, but nothing we couldn’t sleep through.
There was a parking spot dedicated to us guests but we had some issues on the weekend of unwanted cars parking there and forcing us to park down the street.
Overall a great stay for a short weekend!

Hauck’s Nest was just that — a stylish, fun loft perched above a happening bar in a popular neighborhood! It was centrally located to plenty of restaurants, which definitely helped when returning to the place late and wanting pizza — it was just across the street! Bonus points for the comfortable beds. It is above a bar, so if noise is not your thing or you want it quiet at midnight, this isn’t the stay for you. The host was very communicative about that ahead of the stay, though. We knew what we were getting into, and it was not an issue at all.

Only negative was spot reserved for VRBO was always taken. Other than that place was perfect.

Ethan’s place is great, clean, comfy beds and great vibe. We knew it was above a neighborhood bar with great outdoor space. Bar doesn’t close until 2 am Thurs-Saturday and it is VERY popular bar. If you don’t go to bed until 2 am or travel with earplugs and can sleep through anything, don’t hesitate to book Ethan’s place. Lots of great food options within walking distance and an easy drive to any place you want to be in town.

Our family had a great time here. The location was awesome, close drive to pretty much everything. Germantown area was so unique and fun. Being above Hauck's was a cool bonus and we could easily enjoy the courtyard and grab a snack or drink and just relax. Ethan was quick to respond and very helpful. Would stay again!

We stayed here for a girls trip. Downstairs food is a MUST HAVE. Place was nice. Just what we needed. Good atmosphere and near some good restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend!

Great place that was clean and comfy and had everything we needed for a quick girls trip. Location has some fun history that is on full display in the bar downstairs. Courtyard was a great spot to enjoy a few drinks in the evenings. Ethan was great at communicating with us. If you're looking for a breakfast spot would highly recommend Big Bad Breakfast which is just a few miles away. Would stay again!

This property was amazing. Very clean and comfortable for us. We went with a few girls from our basketball team for a basketball tournament in the area. If had everything we needed. Ethan was great at communicating. Location was close to everything we needed! Courtyard they are making is sooo cute and nice to hang out in once fully complete. We definitely recommend and will use again if ever in this area again.
