This COULD BE a wonderful condo. The structure, layout, spaciousness, beds, elevator access, and location are great! But it has not been properly maintained.
Upon our arrival, the key pad to the garage did not work (management company came the next day and attempted to fix it). Within minutes of being in the condo it was apparent that there was a minor drain fly infestation throughout the house. The likely source of that was found the next day- the garbage removal company had not removed the previous guests garbage from the garage and the pail was covered with them. The master bedroom shower head and water control knobs are loose. The outdoor firepit did not work reliably and the propane tank was empty (management company provided a new tank within hours). The outdoor hose head/sprayer was broken. But what upset us most was that all of the beach toys/amenities were broken and/or unusable (even after spending an hour inflating tires/wheels). The bikes were in disrepair and unusable. The wheeled devices to get the paddle boards and kayaks to the beach were broken. And only one of two wagons for beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. was working. The whole point of staying at a beach house, and paying this premium price, is to be able to enjoy these amenities at the beach.
After reaching out to the management company, the owner provided a very meager "refund" for these inconveniences.
This could be an excellent beach rental, but the owners need to invest in addressing the above.

This property is well appointed. It has everything your family will need and the beds are very comfortable! The location is great, as well. There is public beach access just around the corner...literally, steps away and very convenient. The nearby restaurants are also a big plus.

Nestled on a quiet street and still just steps away from the beach! With paddle boards and kayaks and beach carts and chairs provided, we had everything we needed. Plus the home itself is gorgeous with plenty of room.

This unit was very well maintained. It has an elevator which was convenient for groceries and such. Appreciated the beach supplies such as chairs, carts, and towels. Very roomy for 8 people.

This was an excellent place to enjoy a beach vacation! Easy walking distance to the beach with a crosswalk. The layout of the townhouse allowed all of our adult children to have room to spread out and have some privacy. We enjoyed evenings around the backyard fire pit and mornings on the porch in the comfy chairs. We truly appreciated the access to beach towels, the beach cart and chairs, the paddle boards, kayak`s and bikes. WoW! We have never rented a place so generous with their possessions. Thank you! We hope to come back again next year!

We didn`t have any problems with renting this property and we will definitely rent here again the next time we visit. We are a family of six and we invited the in laws to stay with us along with my sister in laws and nieces and we had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Great house!

We stayed at RBV 314 for 12 days in February 2021 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is new, clean and well-tended. Beautiful open floor plan with three outdoor spaces, which we loved. There were six of us, and we had plenty of room to spread out. My husband and two college-age children were able to successfully work and study remotely thanks to the wifi, and then sneak off to the beach in the afternoons because it was only a 2 minute walk from the villa. We also enjoyed the use of the bikes and the patio which had a grill and fire pit. The maintenance staff was very responsive when we discovered a few minor items that needed attention when we first arrived, as well, so we were quite pleased overall. Please note that they aren`t kidding when they say you need to supply everything. We had to go out and buy toilet paper the day after our arrival because we were on the verge or running out. This was a lovely quiet neighborhood, close to a full-service grocery store (Publix) that delivered, as well as within walking distance to a cute outdoor smoothie place, coffee shop and ice cream store, and a playground half a block away. The beach was beautiful and not at all crowded, so we were able to socially distance and have an incredible vacation despite the pandemic.

We were looking for a place to have a long weekend with a comfortable home and good beach access - this place hit the mark! Beautiful, updated home that was very comfortable and a very short walk to the beach. It was basically as close to the beach you can get without being literally on the beach. We didn`t explore the area much with current limitations (2020), but it felt safe and not too busy.

We traveled to Redington Beach for a girls weekend and were pleasantly surprised by the Modern TH. It fit the 10 of us comfortably. The place was as shown on the site and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Check-in and out were very easy and the property management was quite prompt with their response to any questions. I would recommend staying here with a big group if you are headed to the area!

Redington Beach Girls Weekend
We traveled to Redington Beach for a girls weekend and were pleasantly surprised by the Modern TH. It fit the 10 of us comfortably. The place was as shown on the site and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Check-in and out were very easy and the property management was quite prompt with their response to any questions. I would recommend staying here with a big group if you are headed to the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very pristine property. All the rooms were spacious and clean. The master bathroom - awesome! Had several teenagers who loved all the space as well as the paddle boards, kayaks and bikes. My only complaint was that it was quite warm in the house and not even overly warm outside. We did not push the ac below 73 as requested but eveyone complained at one point or another that they were warm. We did find a nice box fan, though, which was helpful. And there was only one wine glass, which seemed funny since there’s a splendid built in wine fridge! The beach was a very quick and easy walk or bike ride away. We were having such a good time we actually stayed an extra night! And will definitely plan on going back again. Thank you!!

This town house is perfect for an extended family or group. Comfortable in every way, immaculately clean, spacious, bright and cheerful, and a very short walk to the terrific Redington Beach. Teeming VR, who you will be dealing with, is an efficient property manager.
The downsides during our stay were trivial. Overhead lights in shower/tub were not working (probably just needed bulb replacement), the owner hadn’t replenished the supply of glasses in the kitchen in a long time (natural attrition by previous guests no doubt), and the incredibly long rental agreement you will be required to sign seems overly lawyered and calculated to intimidate. But don’t let that stuff prevent you from booking. The place is so good you will shrug off the inevitable minor annoyances.

This is a 5 star property. Beautiful townhouse-definitely well able to accommodate our family. Bedrooms are roomy and the access to the beach was easy even with 4 kids and the kayak, paddle board, etc. Great location with a small park at the end of the street. The only things keeping us from a 5 star rating was the clean up after prior guests. One shower drain was clogged and even for a self-catering unit we expected 2 full propane tanks for the 2 different features requiring propane (grill & patio fire table). Never could get it.

This is a 5 star property. Beautiful townhouse-definitely well able to accommodate our family.
