Sonder online. That should be perfect example of how not to handle online managment. what a waste of time! total mess and misinformation just the most simple example, request for late check out at 12 was approved by 12:26

Hard to go wrong with a stay in Laguna Beach, but Sonder’s La Ensenada made it a really enjoyable visit. We covered all the bases on this stay, chat support, parking assistance, requested a cleaning, special request from the front office. All were handled promptly. Each member of the local staff were friendly and engaging. Thank you Sonder for a great visit!

When I first showed up to the property I was a little taken back and felt the listing was a bit deceiving as I expected a different experience booking through VRBO. I was expecting more of a private property with more amenities. I was not expecting the coffee maker and mini fridge to be located in the bathroom. However, I believe this was due to me being unfamiliar with the area as well as the true description of the property. To me our neighbors were quite noisy, traffic noise didn’t bother us at all though. Overall knowing what I know now, I would stay here again with a better understanding and planning. as the property was beautiful and the location was incredible. Bring your walking shoes because there is so much to see! We barely made it to the beach before we saw the dolphins!
