We do a yearly Golf trip to Scottsdale and we chose this house/location due to the proximity to Grayhawk and Troon North. We have 8 guys, each wanting their own room and this was house was perfect with 9 Bedrooms, 6 king beds and 2 Queens which was ideal. Spent most afternoons back at the house enjoying the Pool/hottub, playing cornhole, and shooting pool. Definitely a great house for those North Scottsdale Golf Trips.

We were happy with the house layout and condition. The outdoor area was fantastic! We enjoyed pickle ball, the pool and the hot tub.

Everything was awesome! Everyone had plenty of space and we enjoyed all the amenities. Plenty of pool time. Had fun grilling and cooking in the amazing kitchen. Just a fabulous vacation had by all!!!

We were so impressed and pleased with our stay at this beautiful property! We took our extended family over Christmas to celebrate Christmas and my parents 50th anniversary. It was perfect. The accommodations worked so well with our group. Luci was amazing to work with. We would highly recommend renting this for your next trip!

Our adult kids + significant others ( 11 total) gather the week of New Years from all over the country. This beautiful home was perfect for us. It was very clean and very well stocked. All appliances and electronics worked as well as the pool and hot tub were at the perfect temps. The sound system is wonderful and we actually set up a Pickleball court/net on the basketball court as it was lighted and big enough. We also loved the fire pit and there was plenty of wood. Our week was a rainy and cold one and the only constructive comment I have is that the gorgeous raised back patio ( with fireplace and TV) was unusable. It had also rained before our arrival and the ‘roof’ above is not solid and every cushion was SOAKED the day we arrived so we could never sit there. Also, no heaters which were evident in the photos. We had so looked forward to being out there on those chilly nights watching football in front of the fire. We just had bad luck with the weather. Highly recommend. It’s a bit out of the way but otherwise a 10/10.

Luci was very accessible through the whole weekend. My wife and I were so happy to be able to celebrate with our friends here! Absolutely would recommend to anyone

First Luci is amazing! Her communication was immediate and she took time to answer any questions we had.I have never written a review on any of my VRBO stays but felt I needed to this time, especially since it was my wedding. We had a few friends that stayed the entire time as well as a wedding in the backyard one of those days. We had people from 8 states and everyone spoke of how beautiful the home is. Absolutely fabulous!! the pool heat did not work for 2 days and she had Joe over within minutes to problem shoot. With a house that big with so many features its amazing how she is able to maintain all of the components.It was clean, better than described, and everything in the home worked (lights, outlets, garage door opener, etc...) The grass was even perfectly green throughout(which is hard to keep in the desert).Usually there is always one thing that could be better, but I must say It was perfect!! She gets all 5 !!. Thank you again Luci for your communication and allowing us to stay in your beautiful Home.

The house is very spacious and beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice at all. The kitchen was well stocked and has everything you’ll need. The house was great for our group of 8 adults and certainly can accommodate more. We didnt have kids in our group but the house was very kid friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic family vacation! Plenty of room for 14 of us. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures if you can believe that! Super clean, equipped with anything you could need! Beautiful spaces out back to gather, huge gorgeous pool!

Absolutely beautiful home! We had a large group of all ages and no one was bored- pool, slide, putting green, horseshoes, etc. Plenty of kitchen space to cook and lots of pans, crockpots, etc. Owners were quick to respond to our questions and help guide us through our questions. Highly recommend, extremely positive experience.

Honestly this property was a 10 out of 10... it really feels like you are staying in your own private resort! Luci was fantastic to work with and I would 100% recommend this property for a great vacation stay.

I am from North Dakota and we scheduled my daughter to get married in Scottsdale over the Labor Day Weekend. As a Father you can imagine the anxiety and nervousness of preparing to walk your daughter down the aisle. Everyone that travels wants their lodging accommodations to be what they expect it to be and when it is, its actually therapeutic. We usually stay at "The Phoenician." but decided to go with a house through VRBO because I wanted my brother and his family to be with us under one roof for such a special occasion. This property exceeded all of our expectations with its beauty and amenities. We grilled out, shot basketball, played horseshoes, had a cornhole tournament and most of all we swam in the terrific pool and relaxed constantly around the pool. Everything you needed was conveniently accessible. We texted Luci alot at first, to make sure we were doing everything right and she always responded promptly and courteously. As time went by, we texted less because everything was very organized. This is an absolutely beautiful property that I fully intend on staying at again. The house is beautiful inside and out and we stayed for a week and only watched television when the game was on and that was outside by the pool. My son-in-law is from Phoenix so we definitely plan on returning to this property. I wanted to make sure this property got the review it deserved because it definitely brought peace, fun and tranquility at a time that was very sensitive, emotional and joyous for me and my family. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone that wants to stay at a first class managed property.
