A great place in a great location. Property was true to its pics and description. The views from the balcony are worth the price! Great personal touches as well with water for hiking, hot tub, horseshoes, TVs, etc. We’ll be back!

This place is so perfect for a Sedona getaway! It’s a very well renovated house that is a 3 minute short walk to all the Sedona shops and restaurants. 1 huge patio/deck that so perfect for hanging out and enjoying the amazing views. 2 other decks are perfect for enjoying morning coffee etc. plenty of parking and lots of room. My family and I enjoyed the place! The owner was also very communicative and responsive. Super easy check-in process and very easy checkout too.

The property was beautiful with great views. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning was at a standstill. We would set it to a lower temperature and it would say "will reach in 2+ hours" and then two hours later it would be the same temperature. I would check the vents and there would be no cool air coming out. The bedrooms were very hot (and uncomfortable) to sleep in.

We had a great stay! Share the property with some friends for a wedding weekend in Sedona. Only thing to be aware is really just a three bedroom fourth room only good if you had kids or something like that because it’s connected directly to the master. Water on site was nice touch, washer dryer was fantastic. Close to central downtown Sedona, perfect!

This house was really stylish, a great location, and the outside space in the front of the house in the back of the house were perfect. It was very clean, well appointed with easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was everything you would want in a rental and more. The fridge in the garage even offered extra water. Hot tub is small, maybe 3 people max. Fourth bedroom is connected to the master - two things I did not realize. The trip was overall amazing - we spent our time hiking or at the rental! Awesome getaway

We had such an amazing stay at this property! The home had amazing views of the red rocks from pretty much every single window in the house. The home was perfect! Great layout, excellent accomodations! The only thing that I'd call out was the grill situation. When we went to use the grill we were disappointed to discover that the tank - and the spare - were empty. The owners asks guests to use an honor system on filling the tanks (& they will reimburse) but it doesn't seem like this resonates well with other guests.

This property and location was everything we were hoping for, for our group of 7 life long friends. The walking location to town, the short drive to hikes and all the comforts of home. We utilized and appreciated the well stocked kitchen, fireplace, grill and hot tub. We were loving the decor and the views off the deck were great to wake up to and come home to at the end of a long hike. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at this property. The views were incredible. The house is super nice and the decor is really beautiful. It’s within walking distance of a ton of shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a nice addition and the fire place worked well. The only thing we didn’t like is it’s not as private as we thought it’d be. There are neighbors very close on every side so if you’re sitting out on any of the patios or in the hot tub, there’s a chance you are being watched or seen. We just stayed inside or turned the porch lights off if we were outside. We were overall very comfortable and enjoyed the stay though.

This place is absolutely perfect for any stay in Sedona. It's tastefully decorated And updated. Tons of views of all the red rocks of Sedona. 10 min walk to town. Perfect location. This was the most amazing experience for us and our Aussies. It snowed our last day which made our trip complete. We will forever rent this home for our trips to Sedona In the future.

7 girlfriends traveled from different states to spend time together at your amazing home! We loved the finishes, everything was super clean, and very comfortable. The sunrises and sunsets were unbelievable and we really enjoyed the views from the huge balcony. This home the perfect proximity to town, and only a 4 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this lovely, magical home in Sedona, AZ. The views were awesome from almost every room, yet the home seemed extremely private. The location is ideal, and close walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and services. The owners' attention to detail was impressive, and they were excellent at communication. We would love to return in the future. There is no other place like Sedona; you must experience it personally to believe it. Tim Black

My fiancé and I had a fabulous stay with our young children. From the prime location (couple minute walk from downtown/restaurants) to the breathtaking views, this property has it all! Each morning we enjoyed coffee and each other’s company on the spacious deck while watching the sunrise before the kids woke up. Very conveniently located, we were able to take the kids in the stroller for a quick 5 minute walk to get lunch and dinner each day. Will definitely stay here next time we visit!
