Rooftop. Gyms. Location.
No complaints. I had lots of problems using the online (we host) site. It took many attempts over a week to get security deposit “confirmation.” I tried a second card and it still took several attempts. If you fix this issue, I’ll definitely return to The Earl.

Location was excellent! Close to many restaurants.

Great location-- easy access to the Metro, which we could take to and from the airport as well as the National Mall/Museum area. Friendly staff. Spacious room. We felt very safe there. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and convenience stores.
The only reason I rated it 9/10 rather than 10 was because of the towels and soap. We were given three bath towels only, no hand towels/washcloths/dish towels. The soap was miniscule and of poor quality. There was a washer/dryer but no detergent pods. We bought soap and moisturizer and passed on using the washing machine. Dishwasher soap and dishwasher machine soap pods were provided which was nice.
