This property was perfect for my husband and I. Great location, close to everything but also private. The condo was connected to a much larger condo with guests and we did not hear them at all from inside. The hot tub was perfect after exploring the area. Pattie's 1880 restaurant was a lot of fun. I highly recommend it .The condo was clean & very comfortable. It had everything we needed as far as linens, towels, kitchen stuff, etc. You may want to bring storage containers or ziplock bags if you plan to cook. Having a washer & dryer was a plus. My only suggestion (not a dealbreaker) was not having a garbage disposal. The only other issue was there were a couple of wasp nests under the deck and at the base of the hot tub. My husband was able to remove one. Once that was gone, we only saw a couple wasps during the week. Just be on the lookout, especially if you have little kids. We noticed if the WiFi got funky then the door combo lock would not work. Ron was completely reachable and helped us immediately. We realized later in the week, if we reset the router, the issue to the door was not an issue anymore. Cell service is sketchy around the lake but that was not a deal breaker for us, as we welcomed the unplugging. If we needed it, we noticed once we were on the main road we had access. This is a great location for a single, couple or a small family. Ron is a great host. We would definitely visit here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The main issue was the "neighbors" who rented the other part of thr house not honoring to stay on theit side of thr driveway, which the owner addressed. The hot tub was nice even though we struggled with some operational issues. We messaged the owner of this at checkout but did not receive response. It is a really nice neighborhood and cozy spot to relax.

Great place for a quick couple get away!

This property was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was quiet, clean and well-stocked with the needed kitchen utensils and appliances. The best part of this property was relaxing in the hot tub after a day of golf then cuddling up in the amazing robes that were provided. Morning coffee on the deck while watching the boats launch from the boat dock was an added bonus. A perfect getaway for two!

The unit was perfect for two. Clean and plenty of room. Neighborhood felt safe and was beautiful in early spring. If the neighbor had not used all the hot water on the first night we were there, I would not have anything negative at all to say. And it did eventually warm up and was really only a minor glitch in a romantic weekend away! The owner was super responsive and apologetic and this was not something they had an issue with previously either. We would definitely recommend and hope to go back again!

Wonderful stay! We had a great time exploring the area. My Happy Place is just as described and Ron was wonderful to communicate with. It was extra nice having such a large kitchen to work in. When we arrived the hot tub was in "vacation mode" and the temperature was only 75*, but the directions on how to fix that are on the refrigerator and were easy to follow. The hot tub got up to temp in a few hours, so don't let that intimidate you! The television is not a smart TV, not a deal breaker, but something that was a little unusual to us. If you have a show you're watching or a service you're used to streaming, travel with a Roku stick if you want to have access to those things. We would definitely stay again!

Location is great! Host responds quickly. GREAT KITCHEN if you love to cook like me. Don’t expect a lot of room. It’s a tight squeeze from getting in the bed to sitting on the couch. It’s also connect to a big house so I kinda felt I was in someone’s upstairs. Make sure you can climb steps. Over all we had a great stay despite the hot tub only working the first night and my 5 year old falling down the steps onto the rocks. We seen probably 20 deer over 2 days in the woods right before entering the subdivision. Close to a grocery store and fast food.

The “happy place” is an amazing cute one bedroom cabin, that my wife and I love. Our problem was with the cleanliness. When we arrived the bed was not made with dirty linens on the floor and wet towels in the washer. After placing the towels in the drier, we contacted the manager of the property, who promptly arranged for a cleaning service to finish clean the space. We left for about an hour and a half. When we returned to the cabin, we found almost everything cleaned and put away. But the bed was still unmade, with the comforter in the washer. We dried the comforter and made the bed. We enjoyed the cabin, but the lack of detail for cleanliness really bothered us.

We had a great time. Perfect for a girls getaway weekend! Everything was clean the check in process was super easy and the hot tub was our fav!

It was a very nice and clean house. The big house was also beautiful. The area was just amazing. Loved the lake. Loved going out and watching the wildlife. The deer were everywhere. The only problem was that the hot tub would not get hot. But the property owner did give us a 50 dollar refund. Overall I give it a 9 1/2 just because we didn't get to use the hot tub. I would recommend this property to everyone.

The property was as listed and the host very responsive. There was an issue with some of the supplies that were to be there however the host was super helpful and acted on them quickly. Finding it in the dark was tricky but again, the host answered immediately and got us to the right place. Thanks for the stay!

Everything was nice,listing is accurate. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. A towel a a couple pieces of trash had been left out by the hot tub by previous renters, that was a little concerning when we first arrived but that was the only issue.

I absolutely loved my stay, the areas was beautiful, the house was well put together, and the owners thought of just about everything. I have no complaints.

This listing was perfect for a quiet anniversary getaway. The communication with the property owner was great. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was in good working order and no issues. Perfect location lots of fun things we were able to explore and do.

Over all it was a great stay, the internet is not good. It was very peaceful and quiet. Very clean and manager stayed in contact with me if needed.

All logistics of renting, checkin, check out, and communications with property manager were excellent. Facilities were top notch. Neighborhood was great. The location and close proximity to Interstate 24 did cause peace and quiet issues with the traffic noise. However, since we were away most of the time site seeing, the noise issue was only noticed at night. Rental rate was great! Overall excellent experience.

We had a wonderful time here! The space was as described, and even with guests present at the adjacent property, it still felt quiet and to ourselves. We had a great time boating on the lakes and spending the evenings enjoying the hot tub! Thank you!

Owner was very responsive and worked to make sure we had a good stay.

My husband and I decided to do a local staycation and could not have found a better place. The property was clean, quiet, and located close to the lake and other entertainment. The owner checked in with us regularly to make sure we were happy and even gave us suggestions for dinner (both were great!). I would highly recommend this little slice of happy to anyone looking!
