Spacious, warm, comfortable, local free parking, little back seating area, beautiful bathroom, addition of coffee machine and welcome pack was lovely. Also the beach is only a 2 mile walk away. Local corner shop very sufficient for any needs.
Minor but window blinds - lovely but for some people they might need eye masks as blinds don't block out light completely for sleeping.

The Pillows in downstairs bed were really hard, need slightly softer ones.

loved the gifts on arrival.
the white Venetian blinds let in a lot of light from early in the morning. the eye masks were a lovely gesture but husband struggled to sleep.
