Michael was a consummate professional, very communicative, patient, accommodating, empathetically engaging. & he was responsive to every single concern with a timely response (in a meaningful manner). My mother has disabilities & as her Caregiver the atmosphere of the setting in which our stay was facilitated needed to be clear/ safe/ inviting... Michael's place met the criteria & our stay was a blessing unto us at such a sacred time. Thank you for being such a blessing!!!!

I loved staying here ! The place was beautiful and Micheal was an amazing host ! I would highly recommend this stay ! Perfect for short term or long term stays . I stayed for a month , and I loved it !

I booked and paid in full on July 2nd. For our stay 7/14-7/17. Confirmed with the owner he would NOT be at the property during our stay prior to booking. Confirmed Booking with owner after booking. Received email July 11th advising “here are your keys”. We travel with VRBO multiple times a years for the last 5 years so I knew this was the standard email. Get to the property at 1:30am on 7/15 and am unable to get into property. Had to rent a hotel for the night after driving 6 hrs we had to drive 30 min back north to find a hotel that had a vacancy. Spoke to owner next morning.. he apologized said there was a mixup with the 3rd party booking and he spoke to vrbo and I was to give my receipt for the hotel to vrbo and they would reimburse. Drove to the unit. The owner was there and when I asked if he would be there he said yes. We left and had to find yet another place to stay. We were in the house 15 min. Didn’t use anything but we did sit in a chair. Let the owner know we was leaving and received a text from him stating if he could help in anyway to let him know. I have contacted VRBO twice and Michael, the owner, multiple times and he refuses to respond. I’m not asking for a refund I simply asked to change our dates since this was through no fault of our own whatsoever. So now I’m out $415 which feels like it was stolen and I have to book another stay and pay app over again. I have never been treated so unfair by a property owner. I do not recommend this place at all. I had no problem receiving responses from the owner while the mixup was happening and now nothing. Again all of this was confirmed PRIOR to booking the home. I’ve tried for over a week to get him to respond. Basically he took our money and didn’t provide any service we paid for.
