A bunch of my friends and I went up to do a ski trip on the Killington mountain and we found this amazing lodge near by. It’s only a 15-20 min drive to the mountain. It was such a cozy beautiful place. True cabin vibes and had the prettiest views. This was my first time up in Vermont but it seems like there is so much to do near by. You also feel secluded which is really nice. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to go up there!

We stayed for a long ski weekend with a total of 8 adults (4 couples). The house comfortable fit everyone in all settings (living room, dining room, beds). It was great to have the supply of firewood right on the property, as we had plenty of time to enjoy the fireplace. We would definitely return to stay here again.

I went with a few friends for a ski trip and we had the best time! Upstairs bed was a DREAM, so comfortable and great linens. Fireplace was so cozy after skiing and the couch was perfect for our group to get together. Tons of fun games - we ended up playing multiple rounds of Yahtzee… which was surprising for my group of 28-32 year olds. Would definitely recommend & return!

There was no hand soap. The water to the upstairs shower does not remain hot very long. The bathrooms were not very clean when we arrived.

Nice home in the mountains with a stunning view. The home could use some refurbishing, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfy bed. The decks and outdoor furniture were very dirty and we couldn't use them. Pretty great room - we really enjoyed having a fire.

We had a great stay at this property. It was as described and well stocked. Of note you must go thru a bedroom to get to the fourth bedroom/living area and there were no bedrooms on the main level. This was not a problem for us but may pose an issue for others. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom making getting ready and easy task! The property was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view.

Yes, my friends and I had a fantastic stay at this amazing house. We stayed for a long weekend to ski Okemo and Killington. The location was perfect. 15 mins each way to Okemo and Killington (Skyship Base). The house is HUGE, and everybody was comfortable in their own and common spaces. Alyssa was such a great host, prompt and effective communication. House had everything we needed. This was an overall great first experience with Vrbo.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We skied at Okemo which was only 10-15 away from the home. We were 2 families each with 2 kids and the kids enjoyed having their own space as much as the adults did! Communication with the owner was fantastic and the home was very clean with an extremely well equipped kitchen and comfy beds for everyone. Gorgeous views from each bedroom and every level. We hope to stay here again!

I spent my 40th with friends here and couldn’t be happier. The home was clean, we each had our own comfortable space, the view was spectacular, and we were close to everything we wanted to see. We relaxed by the fireplace, listened to music and played games. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our food, and there was ample firewood.

Beautiful cabin with a killer view from the balcony (especially during fall), comfortable beds, lots of games, great fireplace, and the list goes on. Close to Woodstock which was convenient. Suited our family/friends well for excursions out and relaxing in. If you're coming to this area, stay here. House was well equipped and stocked and communication with owners was easy. We'd recommend this cabin and this host for sure!

This was my first time using VRBO and I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience. We had cousins visiting from South Carolina and decided to enjoy the Vermont foliage for Columbus Day Weekend. Alyssa’s house was just perfect. Off the beaten track with fantastic views of the mountains yet close enough to tour/visit Woodstock and the surrounding area. Plenty spacious with great beds for the six of us. We were able to find everything we needed in the well equipped kitchen and the warm inviting family room was perfect for us. Thanks for sharing you wonderful house with us an look forward to a return visit soon

We had a wonderful time at Alyssa's house. The lake views from the porch and dining room were amazing and the house was very clean and comfortable. One warning - we didn't realize from the listing that there are no bedrooms on the main floor. The stairs up and down to bedrooms were quite steep and difficult for the less able in our party. We worked it out, though, and really enjoyed cooking together, playing games and relaxing on the porch.

When you first walk in you’re welcomed with a wide expanse of open living room, quickly followed by a cozy kitchen and seating area. With a multitude of floors for both privacy and comfort this house was perfect for me and seven and my friends to relax before we hiked some of the mountains at nearby locations.
The owners were quick to respond and generous with any information we might have needed. I would definitely recommend this location to any friends or family looking to stay in the area

Had a wonderful time with my family...and our first vacation with our grandson!! The house was perfect...the views spectacular...and peace and quiet! So much room in the house and so many items that if you think you forgot they are there. Well stocked kitchen...lots of pots and pans...and glasses....including wine glasses! Hair dryer, lots of towels and blankets and the keurig is a plus! And did I mention the view? It never gets old...from any balcony. Loved it so much my daughter plans on coming back...and I am sure we will too! May have to come up for each season! Thanks Alyssa and Mark for sharing your home. And...for future renters...be sure to take your pic and leave a note in their guest book! So much fun...sad it's over already!

I would highly recommend this property to others! The house was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our needs. Large communal areas along with rooms that allow for privacy, as well. Everything was in working order. Great views, as well. Alyssa, the owner, was very friendly, easy to connect with and responsive to any questions I had leading up to our visit. We did not experience any problems during our stay and my family and I had a great time!

This property was perfect for our family's summer long weekend up in VT. It had a wooded secluded feel while being close by to the major road that connected us to Killington and Okemo mountains (both which had a lot of summer activities), restaurants and other nature attractions (Buttermilk Falls was our favorite). The house was clean and prepped with everything we needed. It had a ski house feel which was fun and the multiple porches and balconies gave us lots of opportunity to experience outside and enjoy the amazing view while being comfortable. We were able to use the firepit and see the stars and fireflies at night. I wish we had more time to explore the trails adjacent to the property and the nearby lakes. Next time! I would definitely consider this location for fall foliage and ski season too! So excited we found it!

Spacious vacation home with lovely lake views
It is a lovely home away from home with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It comfortably fit two families and we enjoyed hanging out at the house on a rainy day. Also there are a lot of great outdoor summer activities in the area: hiking and mountain biking in Woodstock, visiting local dairy farms, swimming at Echo Lake, and eating maple creamees at Green Mountain Sugar House. We would definitely stay here again.
