It had everything needed for your stay. It was decorated beautifully and was such a pleasant place to return to after a day’s outing. If we return to Winter Park, we want to reserve it again!

Good location in winter park for our weekend wedding getaway and visit with family members. Cute guesthouse appointments perfect for my sister and I. Family member stopped over and couldn’t get over how nice the place was. I would stay here again.

It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Extra bonus was the incredible yard and the place to sit out. Surrounded by trees, tropical plants, and potted plants. Very private and quiet. A perfect retreat or quick access to downtown.

This property is even better than the photos on VRBO. You are surrounded by a beautiful yard with lush vegetation, plus a small patio and a fire pit. Inside, you are surrounded by beautiful decor and lovely original art in every room! We will most definitely book again next time we return to Orlando.

This little guesthouse was beautifully appointed, decorated for the season, and immaculately spotless! The host was amazing and responsive. It is far enough from Lee Road and 17-92 so as to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to the amenities of Winter Oark that it is very convenient! We loved this property! It is very spacious, exceptionally clean, fully stocked, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the outdoor area! Located in a quiet neighborhood - convenient to Winter Park, Disney, UCF, and excellent dining and shopping options. The hosts are very esponsive and have thought of everything needed to make their property comfortable and enjoyable.

We were overjoyed by the layout of design and private backyard with firepit and table and chairs to relax and watch the sunrise with morning coffee. The kitchen and common area were very tastefully decorated with complementing decor in bedrooms. It was fun to see a slight nod to Mickey in the kitchen. Hosts were very responsive to any needs we had.

Exactly as advertised, this boutique guest house is located in a very quiet neighborhood minutes from Winter Park (and Downtown Orlando) shopping and restaurants. Tucked behind the main house, Casa Ordoñez is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything a gourmet cook would need. The outdoor space is shared with the main house, but there is a very nice private area out back. Parking is on street, but convenient. Jose, the owner, was super friendly and a great host!

We needed a place to stay with our two teens to drop one off at Rollins College. This was a short 10 minute drive away. We had 2 cars packed with stuff and needed a safe place to park them; this quiet neighborhood was perfect. The home is behind the owners house, and they were very respectful of our privacy. Would stay again!

This is a charming, beautifully decorated two bedroom casita in a sweet, very quiet little neighborhood in Winter Park. It was private, close to everything we needed and fit our needs perfectly! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Winter Park or the the Orlando area!

We were not surprised since the reviews were amazing but this apartment is so great! It was very clean, comfortable and the hosts are terrific! My husband usually books these for us and he was unable to come on this trip which means I booked it. that when my son was able to come last minute I forgot to let Jose know. I sent him a message on the way to the airport and he responded right away that there was no problem! What a relief!! There is a fully stocked kitchen to make any food you bring along with a coffee maker and ice maker. If you need a place to stay in this area you should absolutely consider this place!

So happy with our stay in Orlando. Property was quaint, clean and comfy. Space was perfect for our UCF graduation trip and was just as pictures showed. Outdoor space lovely too! Great location and close to Winter Park shopping and restaurants. Would definitely return if in the area!

We are happy with the hostess. The place was significantly cleaned. I loved the little park springs town. As well, were not far from Disney Park. I highly recommend this place for families.

We had a lovely time staying at this beautiful guest house. The back yard is great to enjoy a morning coffee and the place has everything you will need. We had issues with the AC and the owner quickly communicated back to try to fix it. It all worked out well. Would stay here again.

This little boutique house is amazing. We loved the decor and it was extremely clean. Very close to historic district and in a nice older neighborhood. I enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and listening to the wind chimes in the evenings. Although we were on the owner’s property we felt like we were in our own little world. Ran into one of the owners while arriving and she was super friendly and inviting.

We had a nice stay. House was nice. Location to downtown winter park is convenient. It is on the same property as the Owner, which is a little different. Seating is good for a few people. The main thing we did not like was not being able to flush toilet paper! We have never encountered this before...

We had a wonderful stay at this dainty cottage! The photos do not do it justice and the space is much larger than we expected.
There is a great outdoor area, we soaked up the sun every morning!
Located behind the owners house but you have your own pathway and lots of parking on the street.
Bring extra clothes as there isn’t a washer and dryer, but we managed just fine.
The host was very responsive and nice!

Jose & Nuria were such fabulous hosts and welcoming. We felt right at home in this hacienda-style home. It has all the modern conveniences we look for - fast internet, TV, etc. The rain shower is glorious. The beds are comfy. The kitchen has all the things one needs and was stocked with coffee (and it was even good!) and teas and a few pantry items (though we only took advantage of the coffee). We will def. be staying here everytime we come visit family in Winter Park.

I had to stay for a few days of Post Operative surgery. The place was cozy and allowed for opening to outside for fresh air and seating. Kitchen was well stocked as well as bathroom sundry's. I look forward to enjoying the space once recovered!

Good location in Winter Park! Stayed here to be close to where my friend lived and for us to run a RunDisney race. The property setup is a guest house off of a main house, where I assume the owner lives. Great communication with owner. Adorable and spacious backyard setup, beautiful kitchen and comfortable bed. Was about a 40 minute drive to Disney. Love the subtle Disney decorations, felt very cute and homey!

This stylish boutique guest house was the perfect Christmas present to my family. Located in a cul de sac on a quiet street in Winter Park complete with beautiful holiday lights. The weather was unusually cold this year but inside we were all toasty and cozy. The house is a comfortable size with beautiful furnishings, art on the walls, and fully stocked with amenities. I really appreciated the surrounding gardens. This place is nicely designed and soundly built. The home owners are very nice people and they made us feel comfortable. I loved the bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, adorable patio, all of it. I would definitely come back and recommend it to my friends. This is a charming house in a charming city. Thank you!

Perfect stay for meeting up with a friend from out of town to shop, dine and stroll the Park Avenue area. Extremely clean, new quarters, tv's in both bedrooms, cool Art and well proportioned bathroom. Basic conveniences provided. Street parking at the end of a cul de sac. Jose was a responsive host.
