I will honestly say we made the best of a bad situation with the unheated pool. Finding out about 3 days before that the pool was not heated, I purchased a solar cover that would hopefully help.The cover couldn’t keep any of the solar heat in. I realize we have no control of the weather, but some days it was in the high 70's and I can guarantee my grandkids would have gone into it. I have rented in Florida for the past 5 years: Cape Coral twice, Fort Meyers twice and last year in Cocoa Beach. I looked back at the Reservations, and they all just indicated “Pool” and they ALL had heated pools, so I guess I just assumed. I take responsibility for not clarifying that sooner, because it was the main reason the kiddos were anxious to come. Perhaps VRBO should be more clear in letting renters know the pool is not heated. Especially since that is the first photo seen on their ad.
Otherwise the house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Just a few minor tweaks for the next renters. I covered the brown chair in the front room with towels as there was a bit of an odor. The ceiling lights in the kitchen and master bath had a few that continued to flicker (we just tuned them off). Tanya is a very responsive host; I just feel it was too high of a cost not to have a heated pool.

From the second we walked in we could tell we were going to enjoy our stay. This home is very open and spacious with plenty of seating on couches and the dining table. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to move in and start living there! I would highly recommend this home for your group!

This home has plentiful space in which to relax, with family/friends, dine-in, etc...It has a great pool and plenty of space. Tanya is a wonderful host and made us feel welcome and at home! The neighborhood has great spaces to walk in, and is easily accessible to Brandon restaurants, shopping, etc. We would stay here again!

The neighborhood was pleasant. My only complaint was cleanliness. The kitchen was not clean.
The pots and bakeware had food on them. The pool area had dirt around the perimeter and smelled like smoke.It should be bleached and hosed down. I believe for the price I paid for the cleaning service the whole house should be emaculate.

Its a great place to stay. The house is clean everything is very convenient . Wish could have stayed more days. The pool is awesome our family had great fun.It conveniently located to shops within 10 mins.

We were having a large family gathering at my son's home which is nearby and needed space for our "overflow". This home worked out perfect for us. It is in an attractive, quiet neighborhood. The home is spacious and the four bedrooms were great. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool was great. The kitchen worked out perfect for us. We will be using this home again and again.

I came prepared for what I thought would be a bare house as far as toiletries and utensils. I know the listing said they had everything, but i wasn't expecting EVERYTHING. But it did. I was happy that my family felt at home instead of just staying in a borrowed home. Hoping to book for next years trip asap. Excellent stay! Thanks so much for having us.

I travel to Florida often and I have never stayed in a house so perfect. Everything about this place was amazing. The place was enormous, pool enormous. The little set up in the yard for hanging out was amazing. It was so nice to have a little TV to watch while eating outside and even a little fridge for use. The beds were super comfortable. The host was very communicative and easy to reach. It’s so conveniently close to everything while still remaining far away from the traffic. It was so quiet and peaceful! Thank you so much for an amazing stay. Can’t wait to return!

This property was an outstanding and an extremely accommodating find. Spacious and located just outside of tampa away from the busy traffic. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We used the property as a retreat location for our team of 5. The dining room gave us a great space to spread out and have discussions, while the outside space provided a much-needed relaxation spot. The two lounge areas were also nice spots to have discussions.
I had the opportunity to contact the property owner a few times while we were there and she was always very helpful and respectful. We were in need of a hair dryer, which was missing from the house, and she sent one right over.
It was also nice not to have a list of chores to complete before leaving. This allowed us to make full use of our time together.
We would certainly stay again.

The property is awesome and we will stay there again. The only complaint I have is a small one and I feel I am being a little picky…. The pool could have been a little cleaner…. But that is the only negative I have. Thanks for being a great host!!!

We wanted a spot midway between the beach and Legoland. This fit the bill nicely, lots of room, and the pool with lanai was amazing. Took four kids and never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Great stay.

Very nice house, quiet neighborhood. Close to amenities. The pool was unusable. Bottom of pool was dirty (even after pool cleaner was there). Minimal kitchen accessories.

This home was almost perfect for our stay. We were looking forward to using the pool, but didn't realize it wasn't heated until after we arrived. Wasn't a problem, just a bit of a dissapointment. Love the proximity to Strawberry Crest High School, which is where we were working, and the house was clean and spacious. Loved the back patio - hang area, large TV, etc. It was perfect for our evening meals and after work downtime. Would definitely rent again. Thanks so much.

We had a wonderful experience at Tanya’s property. Tanya is incredibly attentive to her guests and addresses any questions immediately. The property was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the lanai and pool. The house is a short drive many restaurants and stores. Everything was as described in the description and photos. We would absolutely recommend this property and plan to book again in the future.

Tanya is amazing!! She thoroughly cleans the house and pool for every visit. You only need to buy groceries. There were seasonings for food. Towels and floaters for the pool. Every time a new visitor rent-the security pad change. Tanya is very attentive. Just enjoy your stay and relax!
