Clean, cute and tidy home. Everything exactly as stated in the listing description. Good communication from host. The wi-fi and streaming TV worked great. The coffee bar was a real highlight! Comfy beds, clean sheets, lots of blankets and pillows. Furnace worked great and that's good thing because we had lots of snow and record lows below zero. The only cons (and I'm nit picking here) was that clothes storage in two of the bedrooms was sparse and the downstairs water pressure was a bit on the low side. Other than that we had a great time and it was the perfect location for my daughter's wedding just 1/2 mile away.

We were 3 couples getting together from different places. The house was perfect for 3 couples. The kitchen was pretty well equipped with things to cook: a range of pots and pans and a set of knives, and utensils. There was a rack of spices, but if you want to cook something specific you might want to bring your own. Two of the bedrooms are on the street side and close to the street; if you’re a light sleeper you might want earplugs. It’s nice having an upstairs and downstairs living area with TVs if you want to do different things.
The keypad is located by the back door on the basement level, but it’s easier to bring things in through the front door as there are less stairs to negotiate there.
It’s convenient to the highway and also close to IKEA and some shopping areas. We recommend visiting the National WWI Museum. I’m not a big history buff, but I really enjoyed the museum and the tower of the memorial has great views of KC.

The house is really nice. We enjoyed our stay and the town is so cute. We loved all the hanging flowers around town.

The Boho Lounge was perfect for our family with two small children. Plenty of space to spread out and all the amenities we needed!

All 3 properties we stayed at were wonderful. There was an issue with the air conditioner at the first property but we were allowed to stay the second night in a different house. Due to the fact that the air conditioner could not be fixed in a timely matter and the second property was booked for the third night we were put up in a very beautiful house the third night. Each of the properties were up to our expectations even exceeding them.
They management was very easy to contact and even though the issue could not be resolved, they were wonderful through the whole process.

We enjoyed our stay. It made for a perfect getaway. Great location! They were quick to respond if we needed anything. The house is nicely updated, loved the decor.

The house was great, located in a nice neighborhood, close to the things we wanted to do in town. The only small issues we encountered were regarding check-in and some cleanliness. We were not given our check-in code until 45 minutes after our check-in time, causing our family to have to kill time at a near by restaurant. Because we stayed over a holiday weekend the mishap around check-in is certainly understandable. The property manager was available via email, however, it felt as though the property manager handled the situation with a lack of urgency and concern for our time. The cleanliness overall was very good, but there was a foul smelling towel in one of the restrooms that caused some concern. Overall, it was a nice property that met all of our needs for our large group. Despite the mishap we would recommend and we would stay again in the future.

We booked this location for a bridal group. Although we has some hiccups in the VRBO booking process, the host was a great communicator. The girls enjoyed their stay.
