Overall impressions are great. Wonderful hosts, calm and quiet neighborhood, ideal for rest.

Location is the greenest part of the town where you could spend hours walking or just enjoying nature. Town center is not so far, 15 min walk. Railway station is also the same distance. Hosts were wonderful and provided very warm hospitality.

Everything was great - very good and kind hosts, flexible for any demands.

Business trip to Reading

Very nice room, everything I needed for a stop over. Definitely will stay here when I return in 4 months time.

No road sign at entrance to estate, I am sure the highways will sort in time. Drove past a few times looking for the road.

Nice room but breakfast could have been better

In the room, some of the little milk pods had gone off. Also, I had continental breakfast. However, when I went to make a coffee, there was regular coffee in the pot. When I asked the host for some, she gave me filter (for a cafetiere) which I didn't want.

Exceptional

The bed was comfy, the shower was nice with an added bonus of toiletries being provided. Tv had NOW tv. Host was very friendly and helpful - gave us lots of ideas of what to do in the local area.

Everything was fine. I'm always slightly uncomfortable being actually right there in the family home (it's a bedroom in the house, not separate) but the host did a fantastic job at making us feel comfortable and relaxed.

nothing very minor thing the postcode doesnt take you to the property but as a new build edtste its undeorstandable so possibly add more clear directions to their nooking once i found it everything was great

Breakfast was excellent! Location was quiet Room and ensuite had everything we needed.

Superb

Host was very friendly and welcoming. Bed extremely comfortable and en-suite shower was fantastic. Continental breakfast laid out for me to help myself to in the morning was a nice touch, and much appreciated before heading off to work.

Lies

The bed was comfortable.

The lies and false information posted on the advert. The room was not ready. The bathroom has tampon wrappers on the floor. The whole advert is a lie. The room has no lock and is not secure.
