The location was great! We were right down the street from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. We also enjoyed a drive over to Cades Cove. The condo was nice but does need some repairs with the plumbing. Both bedrooms are upstairs so you must be able to climb stairs.

The managers were quick to respond. The condo was quiet even with it being a busy season. No complaints.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious, clean, and convenient to all area attractions. The booking process and check-in/out processes were simple and hassle free. Great communication and response from the owner. We plan to visit again!!

Wonderful spacious condo within a 5 minute drive to Dollywood. Exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay greatly.

The property was well located, well equipped and had tons of space. We were just 2 and it almost seemed too big, but it was nice to have the space. You could very comfortably fit 6 people here. A nice retreat with a lot to do in the town around the rental.

This was the perfect location. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Close to all the parkway and Dollywood. We travel to Pigeon Forge about once a month to visit Dollywood. Glad we found this rental it was perfect. See you next trip.

We stayed at Golf View Drive whilst visiting Dollywood and the accommodation could not have been any better. The apartment was huge, spread over 2 storeys, the views spectacular, and the pool just perfect for chilling out after a day on the rollercoasters! The hosts were so helpful too, answering quickly any questions we had and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was just perfect, thank you! Definitely the best place to stay in Pigeon Forge!

Everything was very good. More than enough space. The only thing I would maybe look at are the floors, they need a deep cleaning. There was a slight odor not sure what it was but not too offensive. Great Communication! Thanks for the Stay!

We loved the location of the property and were able to watch fireworks from Dollywood every night of our stay. The kitchen was lacking. There was no can opener, dish drying rack, drain plug, only provided 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel and no salt and pepper. We bought hand soap for the property during our stay because there was only tiny bath bars provided. We enjoyed the property including the pool and balcony. The bedrooms were a great size for our family of 4. The items above were only a small inconvenience.

The condo was laid out perfectly for our family of 4. The second bedroom had two twin beds separated from the double so our kids could have their own space. The master bedroom had a nice full bath and closet for our luggage. We all loved the recliners and sofa in the living room. To top it all off we were able to catch most of the Dollywood fireworks and drone show from the condo balcony and dining room windows. The only heads up is that the condo does not come with any cooking supplies like sugar, salt, pepper. Only 4 Kcups. This didn't really impact our short stay and there is a Food City express a couple of minutes away.

This is a great condo. Communication was terrific. The place was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Great communication and location. We could see the rollercoaster from the back porch! Beds were very comfortable, and the space was very large. Perfect for the 6 of us. We used the kitchen, and it was well stocked.

There is no formal check into the lobby, instead, you go directly to your room after the designated check in time. Our host actually texted me too let us know that we could check in earlier than the normal check in time! I was in constant communication with the management via text, and they were already quick to respond with any needs I had. Upon entering the beautiful room we examined the entire quarters and snapped photos of a few minor things (to ensure we would not get charged with the damages.) Owners were very quick to respond, apologize for any inconveniences (minor issues, no inconveniences at all), and prompt to come to the room to repair the small things we found. Again, they were minor things that we could have ignored for the week (I just didn't want to be charged for it so I brought it to their attending), and they were so quick and helpful to fix the damage.We stayed for 7 nights and loved it! Didn't hear any noises from any neighbors, ample parking in the garage, the indoor pool was always empty to swim in! We never did go to the outdoor pool because it sounded busy and my kids are still leaning to swim. Anywhere in Pigeon Forge is just minutes away and Gatlinburg is about 15 minutes away too! It was always easy to stop by the room to drop off souvenirs or to-go boxes so we could be on our way to our next adventure! We would stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay in Pigeon Forge at GVR. I don’t have anything negative to say about our condo, it was clean and had everything we needed except for salt and pepper. 😉 If you plan to cook you will need to take your spices with you. We were just minutes away from The Island and Dollywood. We used the transit system at Patriot Park for our second day in Dollywood and I’ll say that that’s the way to go!! $3 per person to ride all day and it’s $22 to park at Dollywood.

My husband and I have always been very cautious when using VRBO but this location and the service provided completely set our minds at ease. This two story condo was so beautiful and comfortable, like a home away from home. So close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg that we barely spent money on gas during our week-long vacation. WHEN we go back to Pigeon Forge, we will definitely be staying here again!! Absolutely lovely.
