We all had a great time kayaking, fishing, spending time around the fire pit cooking s'mores and the location cannot be beat. Minutes from countless family fun locations. We couldn't have been happier.

We really enjoyed our week. My son and I enjoyed fishing in the pond, and the whole family enjoyed kayaking. This is a great central location to go the various beaches that are nearby.
We didn't realize we were within walking distance to the Cape Cod baseball games as well.
Overall very positive experience, nice getaway, the house had at all the amenities we are looking for a beach getaway for our family of 5. We enjoyed grilling our food and eating dinner out on the deck.
We definitely consider coming back in the future!!

We had a wonderful stay. Property is very clean and well-maintained, and our 5-year old (and golden retrievers) loved swimming in the pond. Close to beaches, restaurants, mini-golf, ice cream... basically anything you need for a Cape Cod vacation.

We had a lovely stay at the house. It is in a great location with access to Long Pond. We kayaked and/or went tubing everyday. The hot tub was great, especially after a long day on the Cape Cod Rail Trail (which you can bike to).

The location of this house is awesome! It is only about 1.5 mi from smugglers beach but you can just go out the back to access long pond. My family had a blast catching large mouth bass and wading in the water.
The house was comfortable, kitchen and living room area was perfect and bathrooms recently updated. but window air conditioning units were not in the greatest shape.
Overall a great week was had!

Loved the location of this house mid cape with easy drives to several beaches and restaurants. Back deck and patios were great for relaxing and really enjoyed the kayaking on beautiful long pond!

The house was as pictured and great for a family. My kids enjoyed the pond. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping and Doug and Laurie were easy to communicate with and responsive.

My family and I (4 yr old and 2 yr old) had a perfect time here. The proximity to the beach was great but even better was access to the pond. My kids loved being in the water around the docks. The house was perfect too. It's big enoughto streth out in but also warm and inviting. We hope to return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was an absolute gem for a vacation in the Cape. This was our first time staying in South Yarmouth (all of our previous cape trips were near Provincetown) and I can say without a doubt this was a perfect location. So close to Cape Cod Mall, all the great eats, and lots of activities to keep the kids busy within a 15 min drive. We were two families with 12 year olds and we had plenty of space and having the hot tub on the deck and water access was incredible. The hosts were super attentive and responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely return, and recommend to anyone looking to go to the Cape.

We had only a short stay but it was absolutely wonderful. The property met our needs perfectly. A ride in a kayak, a walk in the neighborhood, proximity to many wonderful vistas, good restaurants nearby. All in all, a place to which we would return.

My family and my sisters family had a lovely stay in this cape home. The back yard is amazing with stairs down to the pond, a big deck, nice hot tub, and a fire pit area. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend this house!

We were lucky enough to stay at this great house for a week. The lake & the outdoor space were a highlight. The lake is easy for kayaking and the beach is sandy & was fun for swimming with our under 10 kids.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, the inside worked well for us. I would recommend this house.

Peace and tranquility
This house is exactly as shown and is just beautiful. We had 4 adults and a dog and there was plenty of room. Everything you need is here, the owner Laurie was a joy to work with. The scenery is beautiful.. Will definately be back!

The property’s interior is just as spectacular. The open plan living space is perfect for families or friends to spend time together. South Yarmouth’s mid- Cape location is also ideal for visiting both the bay and ocean. And if you need to work during your vacation, you’re all set as the WiFi was reliable.
