Rented to move a child into UofA from cross country. Although the house was a little further from the school then other properties we entertained, it turned out to be a great home, in a great neighborhood with plenty of room and lovely outdoor pool area. Would stay again.

1) The house itself was fantastic - a perfect rating. 2) Issue - one of two noise monitors in the house were located in the master bedroom (that is against VRBO policy). The noise alarm went off at 7:30 PM day 7 of our stay, when policy per their own website states they monitor the noise between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. We're having a quiet family dinner and our daughter used the hand mixer to make frosting for a cake she had made. The noise occured 2 x 3 minutes and it made a little noise as the hand mixer was used in a plastic container. Until that moment we're unaware of the noise monitors (our mistake for not seeing it is the agreement). The Managament Comapny threaten us 2 times via text notes and said too many people were in the house and they would call the police if the people didn't leave right away. That was not true as it was only our family having dinner. We felt extremely violated when we learned that one of the two noise monitors was placed in the master bedroom. It is against VRBO policy and invaded our privacy.

This was a beautiful area and property. This house had everything we needed for our stay. We couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold, but the views were amazing and the area was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Loved this house, the neighborhood, and the location. My girlfriend and I stayed here for the Tucson Classic Bicycle race, which was a 3 day event. The Vrbo was located minutes from the race course on the last day. We stayed a full week to get engaged and a make a vacation out of it. The photos did not full convey the amazing views. Wonderful place.

This was a beautiful house with a nice outdoor space to enjoy. We were able to cook our Christmas meal and had a nice space to dine. (It could benefit from additional baking/casserole dishes ) We would definitely stay here again.

This house had everything we needed and more for our stay with two young kids. Super clean and comfortable! Thank you!

We all enjoyed our stay while we were in Arizona. I loved the peace and quiet of the area. I got to see a Coyote run through the back field behind the house while we were enjoying the views of the mountains. The lemon tree was a hit! My husband enjoyed making lemonade for everyone. We will be back one day.
