The property had plenty of room for our family of 7. The kitchen was well stocked. You are located close to beach access and various other activities.

The listing was accurate, property owner was responsive and we had a great time with our friends and our three year old!

The house is comfortable, roomy and well stocked, from fuzzy blankets on the couch, beach chairs hung nicely outside, and an air fryer in the kitchen. It has a cute beachy vibe without being cluttered. I read a review saying the neighborhood was loud but we did not notice that at all. In fact, some of us stayed up late hanging in the tiki bar room without keeping whoever was in the house awake. We loved being able to walk over to the beach by Avalon pier during the day, because they have bathrooms, sandwiches, cold drinks and even an arcade with Skee Ball!! They also mentioned they have live music at night!!!! I wouldn't recommend walking at night (a-little busy and dark) but ubers were very easy to come by. If you have small kids or too much stuff to walk during the day, there are lots of different beach accesses with parking and the entry to the drive-on beach is just a couple streets down. We loved watching the sky charge colors from the top balcony and also checking. the weather and wind before leaving the house. The house was perfect for our long weekend, we booked till Monday so we could leave at our leisure on Sunday. We went down after work on Friday, so it was kinda late when we got there, so we were very happy to see a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom to tie us over until we could run to food lion the next day. The Italian place and Duck Donuts were delicious!! AND they are getting a new Target super close so you won't need to worry if you forgot to pack something!! Really, we have nothing bad to say about staying at Sea La Vie!!!

We had a wonderful time staying in this property during our annual birthday trip with our granddaughters.

Everything about the home was great.

The beds are comfy, the towels fluffy, the kitchen is stocked and clean, and they even have beach towels and chairs. It was easy to walk across to the beach when the light was red, and we could see if the ocean was choppy from the deck. You get the whole three story house and yard for the price of a tiny hotel room, and it had everything we needed for a great trip. Highly recommend. We're booking our summer vacation at Sea LA Vie!

We had a wonderful time and the house was great! Only thing we were concerned with was the upper bathroom towel racks were not very secure and the refrigerator door had been left open before our arrival so it took a while for it to cook back down . Over all it was GREAT!!!! Would recommend it highly

My group had a fantastic time at Sea La Vie! The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. I love the tiki area for hanging out after the beach. The outdoor fire pit area was relaxing! I love that the house came with beach chairs to use instead of bringing my own. I highly recommend this home for an OBX getaway!

Renting was easy

House was great and comfortable. Love it had EVERYTHING we needed. Wanted for nothing. Cable was a little wacky because we don't ROKU but the owner got that fixed for us right away. Location is convenient. Due to the highway you do need to drive to the ocean side for safety. Avalon Pier requires $ to park. We had fun!

This property was amazing! It is very conveniently located being a 3 minute walk from the beach/pier and 3 minutes from the sound. We had a VERY long drive, so we really appreciated not having to worry about packing beach towels, sheets, blankets, and beach chairs. The tiki bar and fire pit in the back yard is a great addition to the house and it was really nice to be able to sit around the fire with family and friends to relax, chat, and tell jokes/stories. Also, I loved the 2 porches the house has. Just grab a fresh cup of coffee, sit outside on the rocking chairs, and relax! I would definitely return to this rental property. I don’t have any negative points on any aspect of this place.

We saw many beautiful sunrises and sunsets and there was a neighborhood dock that we caught fish from everyday. The pier right by the house has any fishing gear you could need, a two story bar with an excellent view of the ocean, live music, and finger food. It was a great hangout spot or somewhere to grab a quick drink/bite to eat while we were at the beach all day. Not to mention our favorite restaurant, Awful Arthur’s, right across the street. The backyard and tiki bar were great for having fires and kicking it in the evening. When we wanted to take the party inside there were plenty of cards and board games to entertain us. All the TVs had a Roku that we could easily stream Netflix or Prime Video to from our phones. The house was very spacious and clean. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Overall it was a great place to stay right in the middle of OBX with great access to everything!

We were a multigenerational family ranging in age from grandparents to grandchildren. There was a comfortable place for everyone to enjoy. After a day at the beach or fishing, some did their college coursework while others worked on a jigsaw puzzle and others watched a movie. It was an easy walk across the road to the beach. The Avalon pier is adjoining the beach and has fishing, food, and games. There are many food, shopping, and activities nearby. The house has two decks and a yard. It’s well equipped and very comfortable. We would highly recommend.
