We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the end of our trip to Colorado. The sitting room was very nicee. The location was very convenient to the airport from which we had an early flight. The hosts were accomodating

A table for eating would have been nice. But there wasn't a good place for one. And this is a small complaint.

How the steps had black ice and my 84 yr old mom was really scared.

My stay at Nile Haven was great. It was easy to find and in a lovely new neighbourhood. The host received me well, and the facility was beyond my expectation for the price. It was very clean, comfortable and homely.

Everything was as described, so there was nothing to dislike.

we didn’t really understand the concept. didn’t realize the bathroom was to share. the kettle was broken.

We were greeted at the door, offered bottled water, showed around the place and felt the comfort coming from the person living in this shared space.

The shared area is being renovated, which is typical often in shared spaces like this as they are doing what they can to get the place looking better. But a few things could use some professional touch up as you can tell it is much with DIY contruction, but was very clean

clean and comfortable with lots of facilities to make coffee and tea. bathroom was clean and only a short distance from the room

I arrived late at night so I got a taxi but even though the property was only 15 mins drive away, it cost me 50 dollars. Also there isn’t any easy public transport to the property, so I would say the location isn’t particularly great unless you have your own vehicle.

This place was EXACTLY what I needed. I got in very late from the east coast and wanted a room close to the airport. The communication with the owner was awesome. I had to call several times and she picked up right away. She even stayed up late to greet me when I got in past midnight. The place was clean, well kept, and very easy to come in and out (with a lock code provided by the owner). I was headed up to vail to ski a few days later but ended up staying here 3 days because it was so nice.

Got to Denver and rented a Uber drove to the web site address ended up at house in a sub division never got to stay there would like to be refunded my money
