Bad spot, way too many other houses around looking right into this spot's private areas. The pre-check obviously wasn't completed because the front door lock had issues and the upstairs bedroom door wouldn't shut at all or lock. Could tell beds were purchased online/cheap.

This house was spacious and comfortably housed 8 adults for a long weekend. I would highly recommend thsi property. Also, the manager of the property was always quick to answer my questions.

Great game room and porch.

The house is gorgeous with plenty of space and upgrades. I would suggest putting a door on the office if someone plans to sleep in there as there is no privacy. A door could also be used downstairs or a room separator. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Our family really loved staying at this house. First, it is a nearly brand new property. When we walked in, it still smelled like a brand new house. We enjoy staying at properties that are relatively new, so if that's your thing, this is a great house. Next, we really liked the location. It was outside of downtown, but still really close to central Asheville. We could drive and be in the center of town within 5 - 7 minutes. Very close to the Biltmore as well. At the end of the street there is a playground, which our kids loved. We could walk there from the house and enjoyed it as a break in the day. So, about the house. It is new, but it is modern. If you like to sleep in a cave, please note that there are vaulted ceilings in the main master that have no blinds. So, it is bright at night. There is a kids room upstairs as well with two twins, but we had to move a lamp in for bedtime reading because the only lighting was the floods. We also travel with a blackout shade and used it in the upstairs kids room because one of the windows has no window treatments/blinds. The basement is a fun game room and the kids enjoyed waking up and heading down there. They really wanted to sleep down there too in the bunk beds. But, two things: first the space is totally open, loud, and again, it's very bright because the main french doors to exit to the backyard do not have window treatments. Second, there is no bathroom in the basement. There's just the 1/2 bath on the main floor. So, for older kids, this may work. But for our young children, they slept upstairs. Final note. The property management company is amazing. We had some appliance issues and within 24 hours everything was addressed. It's a truly professional services group with incredible customer service and responsiveness. Book this house with confidence!

All three of us were very happy with your home. We had all we needed that was supplied to us. Hot showers, comfortable beds, beautiful setting, lovely kitchen, and fun game room. Too windy for a fire, but wood supplied. This is a beautiful home and has all amenities needed for vacation. We'll be back for sure. Thank You So Much~ the gardner's

We secured this property for a large family event and it didn’t disappoint at all. Lots of rooms, space and amenities. The only issue was the weather got too warm to take advantage of the fire pit :). Highly recommend.

We had a great time at this property. My kids and I utilized all of the amenities and stayed entertained the entire time. They even played with some of the things I didn’t think they would be interested in. The house was pretty well immaculate and seems extremely new. It’s not always when the house seems EXACTLY like it is portrayed in the listing, but this one was. We loved Asheville and the French Broad house.

We had more than enough room and the house was lovely and seemed brand new. It would be a great yard for a hottub!! Nice for groups and families, part of a quiet neighborhood of a handful of similar newly renovated flathouses, many seem to be privately owned. High five coffee on the river is just a few mins drive away! Also, the little gray cat nearby is so cute and friendly, it’ll walk right up to you and hang on the porch :) My only complaint about the house was the queen bedroom door did not close (doorframe seems off).

We stayed with our family . Our kids loved all the games from fooseball, pac man, and cornhole! The house was modern full of smart TVs and kitchen ware. It also has a nice location in a community that is minutes from downtown! Def recommend!

A clean, relaxing home for a nice weekend getaway. We loved all of the natural light in the house. Looking forward to rebooking with friends in the future!
