We wanted a peaceful getaway and this was it! Beautiful surroundings, clean cute house with everything we could possibly need. Loved the lanai and fire pit. We will be back!

My husband and I wanted to getaway for a few days of relaxing and fishing and this was the perfect escape vacation rental!
We loved the spacious layout of the family room and kitchen with big open views of the water. House is very clean and well equipped and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch with our morning coffee or end of the day with cocktails watching the boats go by. Great location! We would definitely stay here again!

House was well stocked with everything needed and more. The 2 kayaks were so much fun and made seeing the manatees extremely easy. The house is comfortable and very clean. If given the opportunity we would stay here again!!!

This vacation rental was clean, easy to access and affordable. My husband and I loved that we could dock our boat at the property. We explored the River and the Gulf. This was a relaxing visit. The house was lovely.

My girlfriends and I wanted a nice place to stay while we explored the manatees. This house was amazing! Right on the river, kayaks for us to use, the firepit and huge screened porch, all of it was amazing. We will definitely stay here again. The owner goes above and beyond to make your stay relaxing with all the extra amenities. I can’t say enough about our experience!

The view from the property is beautiful. Centrally located for everything you need and enjoyable places to visit. The property is very clean and has everything you need. The kayaks were fun to use. One bathroom was a challenge for a our family but we made it work. The beds were very tall and difficult to get into. The wifi was not reliable especially in the evenings but on the whole worked enough in the day time. We had a few issues but the owner was very quick to respond and deal with them. The lanai is well set out and the furniture is very comfortable, we spent hours sat out there watching the boats and wildlife. Overall our stay was enjoyable, the house comfortable and the view amazing.

The house was clean and fully stocked. The property is beautiful. The bed were comfortable. We brought our boat. The property needs a proper dock. It was very difficult to get on and off the boat.

Our family of 4 enjoyed a week here and loved every minute of it! Our little jon boat fit in the boat slip, we kayaked (included with the house) to springs and saw manatees, and even did some scalloping. The kids caught fish right off the shore.
The house was spotless and the recent renovations were beautifully done!
The only negative is there aren’t enough lights outside by the water to fish and catch crabs, per our 8 year old son!
The neighborhood was quiet and we loved eating our meals on the patio while watching the boats go by.

Beautiful waterfront home
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful waterfront home. Boat slip fit the 34ft boat. The kids enjoyed the kayaks provided. Owner has all the necessities to cook and feel at home. All new appliances and newly remodeled, nice finishes. I loved sitting on the screen porch and watching the boats go by while sipping my morning coffee. We are looking forward to booking again for our scalloping trip next year.

Highly recommend
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation with the rental of this VRBO. It was immaculate and well equipped and suited our needs perfectly. My family really enjoyed many hours on the screened in porch watching all of the birds, dolphin, manatees and boats… So peaceful and relaxing! The kayaks were a huge bonus to enjoy the river and the natural spring close by. The close proximity to great seafood restaurants and our scalloping trip was nice too. We would highly recommend this rental!
