I didn’t like the fact that it was a room in the house where the owners live. You had to be let into the house by ringing the bell. There is no privacy and this should’ve been made clear when booking. I had expected an annexe or cottage with a separate entrance.

Lovely home to stay at, very clean and quiet Breakfast was fantastic, and I appreciated the Birthday gift as a special touch to me. Easy to get to Biggin hill airport and Central London without the London chaos
The second smaller room did not have a TV which been in there from 7.00pm was a long night , am sure the owner may install one soon. Also, the second room is not ensuite but did have its own personal bathroom and shower directly opposite the bedroom door so not to far to hop to.

Lovely 2 night stay in a very large elegant and comfortable home. The room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing with an exciting and tasty twist provided by the host. The property has wonderful gardens and we were treated to a wildlife show whilst eating breakfast with foxes, squirrels and many different birds. The local station has trains to Victoria in 17 minutes, perfect place for a tranquil getaway when visiting London for a few days. The hosts are an amazing couple and we will definitely return.

-clean and plush family home
-large clean room and ensuite
-tea and coffee making facilities in room
Overall if you are looking for a large clean room with a ensuite then you can find for cheaper in the same area.
Gated buzzer/ entry system must be opened by family
-room access via family home/front door with no private entrance
-no refrigerator in the room for keeping drinks/small snacks
-all extra features (snooker etc) are additional price

I loved the reception we received on arrival so friendly and worm your home is spectacular and spotless and we will definitely come to stay with you again every time we visit our family who live near by. And we have recommended you to all thank you George and Irene

nice and cozy rooms. nice design. very clean. massive garden with the pool. good parking. very quiet area and a good access to m25 and a/m20.
