Everything was wonderful, but they need to take care of the cleanliness. The staff was kind and smiling, they work very hard, the food in the restaurant is great, the location of the hotel is good. If they take care to replace the garden furniture cushions with new ones it will be good. Despite everything, I would come back again.

The garden pool area was amazing.... you can chill and swim all day & night. Staff was polite. The rooms were clean. Perfect location. Near to the beach, there is a supermarket next of it and area with good restaurants / bars

The bath was broken, but when we informed the manager, he immediately responded. The bathroom doors don't close.

Modern rooms, with good beds, bathroom shower with hot water and pressure. Quiet and clean. Usb plugins for charging nrar bed a bonus. Outstanding breakfast included was delicious. Late checkin, no problem.

The hotel is in a good location

When we checked in the toilet was dirty with hair left on the sınk and urine droplets in the toilet seat. We had to use the AC for heating in the evening,there was so much noise that we woke up early in the morning to turn it off. We also could not get enough heat. We woke up on Sunday morning at 8 am ,there was a guy cutting grass with a lawnmover at that early morning,I had to step out and shout to hım to but it öff at that early hr. Overall really very poor quality for the money charged.

Good breakfast with ability to sit inside and outside of the restaurant area. Big room and nice view on the pool.

Instead of a big bed for 2 person we got merged 2 regular beds.

there are no double beds, its only 2 single beds and they unite them so for a couple it gets a little bit uncomfortable. breakfast should have more choices.

Pros: -Before you go, you have to well know what is your expectation. Mine was only: being close to the Merit, and not staying in a very low quality place. So, I was close and the Hotel was ok. -Not very crowded & nosy

Cons: -House keeping started coming into room at 09:00 am in which I was trying to sleep after casino. -There was something like construction last approx. 1 hr. -Some of the crew weren't looking like happy.

The site is quiet and well maintained, located on the main road. Provides a rich breakfast. Rich bar and concerts/musical events on the roof of the main building. Full value (and even more) for the money.

Breakfast quality was not good it was always same .

The staff is very polite and helpful. The view from the room is amazing - mountains))is quiet in the complex. The room is quite big and comfy. The balcony is big and has even a small corner with a sofa where you can make yourself comfy to watch the spectacular view and stars.

The mattress was not quite strong, and felt like is deformed on the sides. Although in general, the bed is stable and comfy enough. And road construction is a bit annoying when you try to get in and out of hotel parking, but is not the fault of the hotel at all - no noise is heard in the rooms as they are on the backside and probably have soundproof

Breakfast was always cold & very poor. Room service was appalling. Position is good & that is the only redeeming feature. Do yourself a favour & find another hotel for your visit.
