This place is right across the street from the Del Mar Racetrack and about a 10 min walk to the beach. Stay was pleasant . Very clean and host had lots of cookware. Good for four people but not much more than that. Modern furnishings and easy to get on the 5 FWY which takes you to all the tourists areas. Host was easy to communicate with and was very responsive but I do think he is new to the VRBO scene because the place lacked some basics like beach chairs, games, cooler, etc.. still we give it high marks at the price point.

This spot is a perfect place to be, the beach is literally down the street. The whole neighborhood around this place is super nice and people are very friendly and welcoming. The fair grounds Is literally walking distance from the location, Whole Foods is also down the street, theirs great places to eat less than 5 min away. We enjoyed our time checking out the Cedros Art District with shops and a farmers market on Sundays, and it’s literally 15 minutes from San Diego and everything is has to offer. Would 100% recommend this spot, beds were comfy and super clean and relaxing. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!
