We used this place for one night stay in transit. The neighborhood is not very exciting or charming, but the apartment is nice and clean. There are all sorts of amenities and air conditioning in all the rooms. Wifi is good. The host was nice and helpful.
The street is narrow and you cannot park in front of the house (but its only about 100 meters, so not a problem really).

Is spacious and clean for us to pack our luggage on the last day of our trip. Some snacks and coffee provided in the kitchen.
Need to climb stairs and the address we pasted from booking.com navigated us to another place, but luckily the host waited for us and guided us by sharing her live location to the place
