Nice apartment in a quiet area. Friendly host and well equipped accommodation. Heating was good and we were able to wash and dry our clothes. Short walk to lovely restaurant / bar for dinner and bakery for breakfast.

WiFi was not good - signal was low and dropped out frequently.

Comfy beds. Good location . Nice lounge. When the kettle stopped working, you immediately brought us a new one. Lots of nice touches like slippers and nice pictures etc. You're doing well but need to improve on a few things to make it great.

Most of the place was very clean but the kitchen needs a deep clean. The cooker, inside and out and cooker knobs, the extractor hood, and saucepans were all greasy and not pleasant. There are cobwebs on the kitchen ceiling. It just needs a thorough clean. Also I temporarily parked on the drive to find my way in and drop my bags before moving my car, and received immidiate comments from your father that I couldn't park there. I am a quiet and considerate guest and have stayed in many guest houses, Air B&B etc, of course I wasn't leaving my car there. I didn't mind the comment, but it could have been more friendly! Lastly I am sorry if you have had bad guests or trouble, but your welcome email which says "please unbook now if you're going to have parties" is really unfriendly! You have a nice appartment and it could be great, just need to clean up the kitchen and think how to be more welcoming to guests!

Nice and clean, plenty of space. Very good value for the money.
