The house was impeccably clean and charming. The beds were first rate and comfortable. We were disappointed with the lack of freeTV offerings, however the wifi was very reliable and high speed.

If the chance ever arose, we would definitely stay here again. Clean and very welcoming along with being very well appointed. We were stressing because we forgot to bring coffee and were pleasantly surprised that the owners left us two packets of coffee to get us through until we went to the store. Probably one of the highlights of the trip. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils, although we really didn't cook there. There were paper towels, but a dish towel would have been great to have. We did not use the outside area but it looked like it would be enjoyable. Thanks for sharing your home with us, much better and more relaxing than a hotel.

A couple things misleading. Time in book Check out 10 online 11:00. No pet but you may use dog beds that are there. I understand pet fee but we had a service dog. We did have some family come visit. It was kind of hard to accommodate 5 people for sitting. You might want to check out the washer. Just a few recommendations to check on. Thank you for the stay. Over all the place is very nice and a good location would recommend!

Located near downtown Apex, the house was perfect for us. It is stylishly decorated and very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Our communication with the owner was prompt. We certainly would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great stay in recently renovated home in downtown Apex! A couple suggestions....ceiling fans in bedrooms would help with air circulation and dimmers on the ceiling lights in living room, kitchen and bedrooms!

The house was great. I would recommend fans in the bedrooms they get hot and lamps on the side tables.

We live in a small house that cannnot accommodate many overnight guests. We needed a great place for out of town friends to stay for a weekend visit.
This house was perfect for our three adult friends. They loved the house and they especially fell in love with Historic Apex.
I can’t think of a single thing that could be improved upon! ❤️ We’ll be using it again!

This property is exceptionally clean and updated. Every inch has new paint, counters, etc. Room for at least 3 cars in the driveway (one in a carport) and the driveway looks brand new. I slept well in the primary bedroom on a comfortable mattress. We were able to set the thermostat to the perfect temp.
All the ceiling lights in the home are extremely bright- it would be nice to have a few table lamps. The property could also benefit from some power strips or extension cords as the wall outlets in the bedrooms were hard to access. I could not find an iron and ironing board. We emailed a question in advance about the coffee maker and the reply was "What is this in regards to?" We found the coffee maker in one of the pictures that answered our question but thought that was a strange response.
Some quirks with the door-swing direction on the front door, hall bath and one of the bedrooms makes access awkward. The door to the bathroom in the primary bath had a gap all the way around so light escaped from the bathroom into the bedroom and woke me up.
The home is on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown Apex. We recommend eating dinner at Scratch and Kilwin's for ice cream.

Great property minutes away from everything you need
This beautifully remodeled home was perfect for our family, catching shows at the nearby venue. Found in a quiet neighborhood close to historic downtown Apex, we had a wonderful time to rest and relax before each night's show. The property owners communicated well with us prior to arrival and while we were staying. Make sure you try out "Anna's Pizzaria" for some delicious pizza when you stay. And if in season, take the 15 minute drive to Farrel's Creek farm and pick some blueberries! If we are back in the area for shows we will definitely stay again.
