This property is conveniently located to the freeway and a great location to visit anything in Meridian, Nampa, and Boise. The home is smaller but doesn’t feel small as the design maximizes the use of space really efficiently. Incredible value!

Beautiful home! Clean and beautifully furnished with all the necessities! We had a couple of questions, and the property manager was quick to respond. It was all perfect for our stay to visit family. Centrally located near restaurants, shopping and other activities. As a runner, I appreciated the nice sidewalks/neighborhood, and a park was less than a mile away. I believe there’s also a running path nearby, but I stuck with running to the park. 🏃♀️❤️ We hope to stay here again!

Very conveniently located, close to the freeway, close to grocery shopping and the water park. It is centrally located in the greater ada county, which made it wonderful for me to work from.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway, restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The stairs are very steep and some of the rugs were worn and turned up making it easy to trip. If they were replaced it would be a very comfortable placeto stay.

FULLY equipped comfortable House
Quiet neighborhood lovely house close to a super Walmart and the water slides. Empty double garage was handy. Upper loft tv area was nice too.
Only problem that can be easily fixed is that there were only 5 dinner plates and no salad plates, and only 4 glasses each size and no wine glasses. Also a few extra chairs around the dining table would be appreciated as it could sleep eight..
The pantry included a Nutri bullet, blender, slow cooker and a Keurig with coffee provided. Much appreciated!

Still Impressed!
Our family and close friends visit the Nampa area together often (both of us have kids in college there), and stayed in this lovely home close to two years ago. Since then, it has remained "The One" we all talk about as our favorite. We were fortunate to book it again for this trip, and we were not disappointed! It is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, and the location works very well for us. We definitely plan to return!

This home was amazing, so clean and nice. It felt and looked brand new. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and all of the utensils, etc. were very nice (not cheap at all). This home was amazing, so clean and nice. It felt and looked brand new. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and all of the utensils, etc. were very nice (not cheap at all). We had a great time and loved the home. It was so clean and decorated in such a cute way. We appreciated the ample supply of soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. Most of the vacation rentals we have stayed in do not provide any of those items so this was a nice surprise! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Enjoyed our stay in this modern farmhouse in a quiet new neighborhood easily accessed. Furnishings were nice & beds were reasonably comfortable. The kitchen was not fully furnished with pots & pans but we made the cooking work.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. I do appreciate you supplying laundry detergent and dryer sheets along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. That was a nice touch. I know it's out of your control but I wish I was informed of the construction going on across the street. I wake up early everyday and was looking forward to sleeping in but was woken up early by the construction work going on. The other issue I had was having to take the garbage cans out to they alley. I know this is minor but when you're on vacation you don't want to think about having to do that.

It's a beautiful house and was very clean. The beds and couches were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Bo was great to work with and always got back to me quickly with any questions we had.
