The good: Amazing location and the home is comfortable for a large group, however... The bad and ugly: - Communication with the Property Management company required follow-ups, conflicted with prior direction or not sent in a timely manner. Examples: Check-in time on VRBO listing said 3pm, Landmark stated 4pm. - When we arrived, trash bins were full, smelled awful and had maggots crawling all over them. Direction on garbage pickup didn't arrive until after we checked out of the property. - Beds were not made. Instead, bundles of sheets from the linen vendor were left for guests to make beds themselves. Off-putting experience. - MIL apartment had no toilet paper, towels or fresh blankets for the pull-out sofa. The blanket we did find was stained and disgusting. The mattress of the pull-out sofa looked like a biohazard. Nasty. - The furniture on the screened porch is literally crumbling. One guest sat on it, the leg broke off (rusted through) and he went tumbling backward. - Lacking in the basics. Not enough toilet paper provided for a large group. Be prepared to bring your own or ration. No sponge to wash dishes. - Lsrge water stain on the ceiling of the master bathroom. Clearly it has been there a while since it is growing some kind of hairy mold or fungus. - No handsoap in master bathroom. Really?!? In short, bring EVERYTHING with you. Soap, paper towels, TP, beach equipment. All of it. This property would be a gem if properly maintained and managed.

We took our high school soccer team and was perfect. Close walk to the beach.

Everything seems to be good other than the small things which has to be notified to the owner 1. No supply of enough toilet papers. 2. Hand washes in the bathroom are filled with water. 3. Weren’t able to find fresh hand towels to change it on a daily basis. 4. We were little scared about the splinters in outdoor wooden staircases and the outdoor gazebo and it has to be taken care of. Since one of friend badly injured 5. Ice maker wasn’t working

Snuffy’s was very clean and spacious. Great family house.

The boys loved fishing at the dock and playing football in the backyard. Very close to the beach. May be the start of a new tradition. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and very clean house! Our family enjoyed our stay at Snuffy's Place. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. Rooms were large and the MIL suite downstairs was very helpful for those with stair issues. We experienced an issue over the holiday weekend that was handled quickly. The sound views and breeze was amazing.

My parents stayed with us and were able to stay in the mother in law suite downstairs where they didn’t have to go up and down the stairs to the main floor. It was perfect for us! The boat dock was great!
