A lovely house, historic (1800s?). Two comfortable bedrooms, roomy living room space with a large TV. Not fancy but charming. And a good value. Walking distance to some nice dining as well.

Nothing. I couldn't get into the property on Friday night, 21 July 2023. I arrived at approximately 9:30pm. and proceeded around the back where the lock box was located. I entered the code I was given but couldn't get access to the key. I attempted at least 8 times and finally gave up. I called the property owner three (3) times and got no reply. I then attempted to leave a voice-mail message but couldn't as the mailbox was full. I left the property around 10:10pm. And sought alternative accommodation. I'm am suffering from pneumonia, so this ordeal was very distressing for me.

Spacious accommodations, location by the Hudson River

Perfumed bed linens, towels and dish towels. using perfumed laundry detergents seems like a mistake, the aroma makes it hard to sleep for some people. No scent could be a better choice Cooking oil helpfully parked by the stove turned out to be rancid, should be replaced

Everything that we could possibly need was there, the beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and the host was very generous in permitting us to park one car at the house much earlier in the day.

Air conditioning in the second bedroom didn't work.

This home is beautiful! My husband commented on how clean it was, which was really important to us with a little one starting to crawl. It's in a great location in Athens, just a few minutes walk to cafes and restaurants, and to the water and park (where we found an outdoor concert going on the night we arrived). The owners were very accommodating and responsive to all questions.

Honestly, nothing. It was great.
